Maiyuri kept a hold of rivet's hand but suddenly stopped, she was looking at something. She was looking at a ice cream vendor that was trying to wave her over, and mai like she was hypnotized would start to go over, except for rivet holding her hand Tight. Mai would look up at river, and almost magically her pupils would expand to the size of dinner plates as she gave the puppy eyes look to rivet. "RiVeT IcE CrEaM!!!!" The threw in a pouty, along with the large puppy dog eyes it was a look nobody could say no to, something she learned well against gig.
Giglamesh continued down the long alley to a dead end, which...seemed just that a dead end. Giglamesh would sigh and walk to the end wall which was basically a large piece of broke down machine leaning against a wall. He would walk over to it and move something causing the machine piece to lift up like a hydraulic ramp. Giglamesh would then walk up the ramp to a heavy steel door, which he would sigh....before he finally started to open it walking inside.
the second he did a machine looking like a insect like head four arms protruding from its head, and a metal whip sword like spine connected to the ceiling would leap down. It quickly aimed the four machine guns arms at gig, and he just as quickly counter moved drawing both his Ittou-tamma making a scissor like position with both blade on the machines body, he intended to sever in to pieces as much as it intended to shoot him.
Sar quickly came to the metal caged counter when the buzzer went off as somebody entered, seeing the machine and gig ready for blood. "WHOA WHOA WHOA!!! both of you stand down!" The machine flipped its arms around and drew away from gig, then using its whip sword like spine it pulled itself back up on the ceiling. "Do you always have to get in to it with the security ace?"
Giglamesh resheathed his gunblades, and would walk over to the counter which had a metal cage around it to keep the shop keep safe from what ever comes in from outside. The walls were covered in guns and war machines, thus the reason for the cage to keep others away from them. "Watch one day im going to destroy that mother ******** cause your not going to call it off fast enough!"
Palm forehead. "Is that any way to treat a connection?"
"when your "connection" uses piece of s**t machines yes, yes it ******** is!"

Chuckling River glanced at the ice cream vendor then back at Maiyuri. Man... She thought glancing away quickly, Mai pulled out the cute look. Wait a sec... She thought and a whicked grin slid onto her face. "Weeeelllll, dinner is after this, I don't know if your dad will like it if you ruin your appetite... but maybe we can make a deal ok?" She asked knowing how she could get some clothes shopping into this trip.

Mai in a very gig like maneuver....would just walk away from her to the ice cream guy, mid sentence of rivers, like father like daughter. She would kind of scuttle to get on on to the bar stool of the guys small ice cream stand. The ice cream man had caught a glimpse of the gold on mai's pouch, and since she was a kid he should be able to get the gold easy like. "So what can i get for you little missy? How about the super rainbow pop, or this cutey little kitty with gum drop eyes? How about just tying one of everything...a ittle desert before dinner makes it taste that much better.....dont worry...i wont tell."
"Mai wants onge dweam." Maiyuri was literally pointing at the picture of the orange dream Popsicle, orange outside vanilla ice cream in, it was gig fave also. The vendor didnt think she would be so specific. "You sure you dont want the kitty? Look how cute it is...."Come on little girl eat my face!"" He was moving the pop sickle in front of her talking with a funny accent trying to get her to get that one, since it was one of his most expensive pop sickles.
"NO! Mai wants onge dweam or shes gonna tell daddy!!!" She was waving her arms having slight tantrum cause the man wassnt listening to her.
"Pfft daddy....how scary can her dad be hunh?" He was grinning whispering to river about the girls father.

"Oy!" River said and followed Maiyuri shaking her head annoyed at being ignored. Not recognizing the man, she crossed her arms and stood between Mai and the vendor.
River rolled her eyes mildly about to tell the guy to just get the dang ice cream so they can leave, but his snide remark irritated her somehow, so she flashed a grin and said, "The name Giglamesh ring any bells with you?"

The vendor's skin went ghost white, and he began to very profusely cover his body in cold sweat. "Giglamesh Grimm?...the g...gr....grim reaper?" He wanted to be wrong, but he was literally horrified for his life now. Being around this area he had heard of some of the horrifing exploits of tales about that man, and he was pissing off his blood. Needless to say he opened the cart and held out a orange dream popsickle for the girl. "Here ya go sweety free of charge."
Maiyuri just crossed her arms and turned her head away from him. Once again the man turned ghostly white and began to profusly run down with cold sweat. He would take a deep breath and take off his apron drooping it on the stand. "....its yours....im not dealing with it." He would just turn and suddenly walk away from the cart, leaving it for the teen or the child, he didnt care he was just getting the ******** out of there asap.
Mai was kind of confused to where he was going.....but quickly jumped in to the freezer and poped back out with a kitty gum drop eye in right hand, and orange dream popsickle in left. "Die kitty rawr!!" She would bite the cat popsickles ear off, then smiled with massive content grin on her face...standing in the ice cream freezer.

Hey... maybe I should toss his name around more. River thought stunned. "Seriously?" She said aloud looking back seeing the man was long gone. She looked back over to Mai and saw the girl was gone. Before she could freak, Mai popped out of the freezer with the ice cream. She took a moment to calm her heart before she went behind the counter. She noticed this small shop had quite a lot of parts that could be useful. Heck this whole stand could be used. Very nice. Way to go Mai. She thought. "Any fudge ripple in there?" River asked peeking in the freezer.

Mai would shot very accurate eye daggers at rivet, this was her icecream. "Minez!" She was perfectly clean in her kimono, and after getting mad at rivet for trying to take her ic cream she would ravage the kitty face pop sickle. Needles to say it was as if she took a bite, and smeared the rest of it on her face hands forearms, and front side of kimono. It was almost magical how fast she became dirty. Then she would hop sitting on top of the cart slowly and contently eating the Orange dream popsickle not wasting any. (Expression: =w=)
Saral was a tiny little guy, he had the urban red grey and black camouflage pants, held up by black and red suspenders, and he wore a white tanktop with a black Jolly Rodger on it. He had a massive amount of piercings two spider bites, a labret, two chin's that came around down to under side of his jaw, two on either sides of his nose, a medusa, a gauged septum, a third eye, and a earl, and three in each eyebrow. This was just his face he had just as many on both ears, and it would be scary to think where else he has them. He had tattoo sleeves that covered both arms up to his shoulders. "...always the same....so what brings you in today you cheap son of a b***h?"
Giglamesh would glare at him. "....you know...i need some lightning spells to use on your face...and here i came to spend some money...but i can go else where i guess." It was a empty bluff, giglamesh would turn and start to walk out.
Saral would just shrug from behind the cage. "First...you know you wont find the stuff i got....second....you wont be able to pick up something i got a hold of for you now will you?"
Giglamesh's eye would brighten like that of a child and he would turn and press up against the cage. "Dont ******** with me did you find some!!!" Giglamesh would reach his hand in to the slot like a kid trying to reach up in to a vending machine, trying to get some free candy.
Sar would slap his wrist to piss him off, but before he could act by grabbing him and pulling him threw the tiny hole, he would move away out of reach. He would grab a silk covered box. He would set it down and remove the silk which exposed what basically looked like a nice fancy music box. But then as he slowly opened the box, not music but a intense light, made more intense by the darkness of his shop, would shine out from the box like flash lights. As he opened the box there were five crystals, each looked as if they had a blueish green mist floating around inside. These crystal were raw magecite, and were very rare and expensive finds. "I know it took longer then i said it would but i finally go some for ya." He would slide the box threw the slot for gig, he owed him these for some time now.
Giglamesh would take the box and take out a crystal in hand and hold it up look at them inspecting them, plus they were always so pretty to look at, it had been some time since he had seen one. He would then put it back in the box and put the box away. He would think about something for a minute looking at his gunblades, casket and his coat. "...i came in wanting some Wind and destruction materia..but ....there are some other i think i might need. ...You have any high level wind, fire, destruction.....nul, and barrier materia?"

River held up her hands in defense. Never come between a toddler and her ice cream. She did note however, the ice cream went everywhere. Well, looks like Mai is getting new clothes after all. She thought raking her hands through the back of her hair. It had gotten longer over the past few months, but she was preoccupied with a project back at home to think of getting it cut. Clothes were a whole different thing, new shirts were as necessary as building grenades. Knowing Mai would be distracted a while longer, River took out a few of her tools and while Mai ate the second ice cream bar, River managed to pry open the back of the freezer. Very nice, I can use a few of these... She thought smirking seeing the compression unit. A Nice one at that. She thought pulling it free.

She did it, she really did it, she took her eye off a toddler with icecream that obviously before long would be a hyper toddler with out icecream. Mai became just that....wait where was mai? There she was a block down the street skipping rapidly becuause she was now hyper.
Sar kind of just looked at gig like he was nuts. "Destruction?......you planning on finally waging war against them?.......an why the ******** do you still call it materia? finally got you to stop saying fire I, II, and III but your stuck on that materia s**t its not the same any more man what the hell..."The null series Magecite, The barrier series Magecite were nothing. Even the rank three wind a fire Magecite, were not the biggest things...but Destruction. Giglamesh was strong but, sar had his doubts that giglamesh would be able to use any of its spells, for that matter the idea of that power at giglamesh's control would not have him sleeping well at night. The first few he got easy, but he had to go to the safe and retrieve the He didnt have many, and all of them were very illegal, hell selling unregistered magecite was illegal. But having destruction magecite was off the charts. He would com back with the black multi spiked crystal and place it with the others. Each had a different glow to them, but none like that of the Raw magecite, they had all been refined and drawn in spell. Where as the raw magecite was just that, raw magic waiting to be expunged. "....Cash, credit, check, or debit?.....just kidding....pay it up front b***h...oh"
Before he could even finish the sentence giglamesh dropped the bag of gold on to the counter, pushing it forward in to the little window to receive items from the teller.
Sar trusted giglamesh, but he would get shifty eyed and grab the bag of gold turn and count the gold, to see if he actually had that much, or atleast close. "Yeah well......ill give you discount and let it slide this time but you owe m......dont say a word were even never mind...." He would give a glare of sorts at giglamesh as if not wanting to make him mention something.
Giglamesh would take his materia and one at a time he would take the crystal and put them up to his left eye, he would charge them with magic which made them glow and then they would sink in to his eye. One at a time he absorbed the materia, finally he placed the destruction materia in to his eye, and the knowledge of its skills basically just came to him as a epiphany. Yet in his mind parts seemed confusing to him, He would get a slightly unhappy look on his face, he was hoping he would be capable of such amazing skills. But it would seem he still was not on par with the S-rank criminals, but regardless he was still in good mood, cause he had some enchanting to do.
"Yep yeah sure.......thanks and cya." Giglamesh was obviously preoccupied with his new magecite, on top of his raw magecite, which he was going to take straight home and begin enchanting some things. First he was going to force Wind enchant on to Kamakiri, then because he had four remaining thus the extra magecite he got, to put fire ward on his armor and protect on river's to keep her in better shape. Giglamesh gave a half assed wave bai to sar as he walked out.
Sar just stood there staring at him as he walked out. "....******** i hate him sometimes......love his money though!" He was rubbing the bag of gold against his face durring second portion of sentence.

River stood and dusted off her skirt, pants combo and looked back at where she had left Mai and froze. s**t s**t s**t s**t... She thought trying to calm the panicking voices in her head, her own voice whispering to her of what could have happened. Taking a few calming breaths while logic shouted for her to calm down she spotted a blob of orange ice cream on the ground leaving a smeared trail to follow. Pocketing the part she jogged after Mai hoping her taunting nagging voice was wrong with all the what if's it was providing.

Maiyuri was not far off from the ice cream blob, she was down a alley talking in the distance to something. "Hey fuzzy? do you eat dust? dust be fuzzy so it must be what fuzzy thins eat rightttt? you must eat lotsa of dust cause you fat!" It wasnt completely clear what she was talking to as she was at a corner talking down a different alley. She was just standing at the alleys bisection to another alley, content and hyper talking to something.

River heard the soft voice of Mai and hurried faster; flooded with relief. "Maiyuri!" She said sternly finally seeing her niece just up ahead. It seemed she was talking with someone, or something. She walked right over to Maiyuri ignoring whatever Mai was talking to. She glanced down at Mai and frowned. "Don't you ever go wandering off like that again." River said putting her hands on her hips trying to control her emotions.

By the time she would look down the adjacent ally way, she would see a massive Behemoth laying on its stomach, a box unfolded on top of its large head much like a hat, to keep rin off possibly? Regardless the behemoth was as wide as the alley way, and as river came up scolding maiyuri it would begin to stand blowing clouds of steam from its nostrils. "no no fuzzy rivet is goods ......i sowwy rivet, but fuzzy was hungry so i gavez hims snacks." She would point up at the massive behemoth's mouth and no doubt in its lips was a teeny tiny little popsicle stick maiyuri had given it. Once she said mai said she wasnt bad the behemoth would lay back down.

River blinked seeing the creature, recognizing it from her hunts with Giglamesh. She kept her hands near her gunblades unsure what to do. The creature seemed tired, and a bit worn from life, but she tried to expect anything. "... Fuzzy..." River said raising an eyebrow catching the name. She took a step forward, placing herself slightly between Mai and the behemoth. "Well... now that... um... Fluffy was fed, let's go shopping ok?" She said trying to get Mai to leave without a scene.

The Behemoth would move in closer as the older female was trying to move the child away,as if to protect maiyuri the behemoth would move at river. "And where do you think your taking the girl?" It was very intimidating with heavy booming voice when it spoke......wait spoke!? "No fuzzy rivet is goodz! Rivet is unty!!" The behemoth would look to mai, then to the female there were resemblances between them, but for the most part he would take mais word to heart and remove its...some of its threatening presence. "Mai cannut go with out fuzzy! Fuzzy is mais!" Surprisingly the behemoth did not interject or say different from what the three year old child said.
