Why does it seem that people on wrestling forums hate whoever's in the main event, but loved them when they were in the midcard/tag-team beforehand?


I take it this has something to do with the continued disliking of Miz in the main event light?

For me, I'm seeing a lot of "CM Punk sucks" and "Ryder sucks" or whatever. But these claims haven't cropped up until they started getting pushed.

I bet if people like Drew McIntyre got pushed, people would go from "He's so underrated" to "Why are we seeing him every week".

Another one I'm finding funny currently is when I still hear "John Cena is so boring". I think the past few months have been pretty interesting in how things are going for him.

And to address your point, I'm perfectly fine with Miz in the main event. Haha.
