Linharra smiled at Nitunna "I'm glad. So the patrols of the village are well?" she asked as she shifted her weight. Her hooves clopped as she shifted her weight. The village has been quite peaceful lately, not many new comers and not many intruders. She was glad that they had a chance to relax, the war was getting a bit out of hand between the other races. Even though that the centaurs and humans were neutral, they always seem to be getting in the way.

Orreon chuckled "Please, Nimue, I enjoy listening to you speak of your hobbies and findings," he took her hand and began to walk as they talked. He walked close to her, his right flank slightly rubbing hers. "A warrior is a fine position to be. You are a perfect fit for a warrior, you are beautiful and strong." As he spoke a bird flew over, he smiled.
Then when Nimue asked about the patrol he sighed "It is going well, except we had some activity going on in the woods." Orreon continued, "we have a search patrol out, looking around the forest. Hopefully it is nothing bad," he shared with her. Orreon felt that he could trust Nimue with anything, he has always been opened with her when they spoke. Though, they have not talked like this before.

A couple set of hooves came galloping down the hill towards the village. A massive fresian stallion held a foal in his arms with his weapons tied about his body. The mother of the foal was a chestnut of some kind pushing hard to keep with his gait. The pair had been attacked some ways off on their way here when he found them. While he had healed the foal, he had no nourishment to offer which it needed. Coming across a patrol and explaining quickly the mother was tended to with lots of water as Driessen followed the guards. His lance was tied to his side, bow and quiver to his back, sword to the left, and daggers within arms reach. Scars sprinkled his body. He shook his head once to get his hair out of his face and saw the others watching him. His arm was bandaged but he had left his other wounds be wanting to get the foal help quickly.

Linharra was talking happily with Nitunna and Keira when a guardian came to her, he whispered in her ear and she nodded. "I see. Take me to them," she said sternly. Looking to her friends she said, "Keira, go back into the village and anyone you pass make sure you get them in the village. Nitunna, come with me." After giving her commands, she followed the guardian to where they kept the new comer. Galloping at full speed, Linharra skidded to a stop infront of the new comer.
"What happened?" the baroness asked the new comers, guardians, and warriors. She was not happy with the out come. She saw a wounded foal in the stallion's arms, "Hm, we better take the foal to the healer." Then she looked up at the Stallion "What are you called?" she asked him.

"I am called Driessen, m'am. I have healed the foal. But I could not give him the nourishment he requires. His mother were caught in the middle off guard by some cats. I fear for what would have happened had I not been coming that way myself." He held the foal so she could see he had not even a scratch left. He had his owns wounds he cannot heal but they were minor in his mind. After the foal was taken he raised his arm over his chest and bowed to his knees. "Forgive me baroness for not recognizing you sooner. I have only heard of your appearance from other travelers." His long black hair fell forward as he spoke covering most of his face. He wore no shirt showing a sculpted body with scars here and there. His lance blade clinked against the ground and he grimaced thinking of what work needed to be done. The blade was extremely loose.

Linharra bowed her head slightly at the new comer "Rise Driessen. You show much courage and thoughtfulness. You shall be rewarded for your rescue," she said taking the foal from him. She held the foal close, cradling the foal she smiled. "Does this foal have a name yet?" she asked the new comers. The foal did not look very old, she looked at the mother and sighed. "She needs healing, food in their bellies, and water," she looked to her warriors. They bowed their heads and went off the make the food for the new comers. "Nitunna, please go find the healers of the village," she commanded in a calm tone.
After the warriors and Nitunna left, she looked back at the new comers. "You three can stay at my headquarters untill you are well, once you are well my warriors will build you a wounderous home next to mine," she smiled and began to head to her home. "Come now, you must eat and heal."

Rising as commanded he looked at the others. Fine warriors by the looks of them. Diciplined as well. Seeing the mother he went over and put an arm around her speaking comfortingly. "He will be alright now. You're safe here." The mare was crying from relief as she was led along. The stallion made everyone looking small, but she seemed dwarfed next to him. "He hasn't been named as of yet. He's only a few days old. She was traveling here when she gave birth."

Linharra smiled "I see. Well, I fine foal as this should have a name." Turning her head towards the mother she asked, "How about it momma? Your colt needs a name." Chuckling, she continued on to her home. Then she heard Driessen comforting the mare "Ah, such a gentleman you are Driessen and brave at that. You would be a fine General," she shared with him. He really was brave, he saved the mare and her colt.
A warrior galloped up to them as they walked to Linharra's home. The warrior announced that the food was ready and that the other warriors have returned to their duties. "Thank you dear. Now off with you and go take a nice rest," she smiled and the warrior saluted her.

The mare smiled thinking of her foal. "Carson, after his father." "You flatter me, m'am. Merely doing a gentlemans duty. Though I appreciate the praise." He looked over the land as they walked avoiding eye contact for long. The contrast between his black hair and large stature to his orannge eyes tended to frighten people Something he hardly ever intends to do. "That is a fine name for him. Carson. He shall grow to greatness."

Linharra smiled brightly at the colt's name "How beauitful. Carson," she repeated. Looking down at the colt, he twitched. "Such a sleepy one he is, come now child. You must stay awake to eat," she poked him on the nose with her index finger. Then she spoke to Driessen next "you are filled with courage. You saved this beautiful mare and colt from a rade of felines. You shall deserve a feast!" she said happily.
They arrived at the baroness' head quarters. "Ah, here we are," she said, walking in. Linharra walked them to the kitchen, the table was piled high with meat, fruits, and vegetables. There was three glasses of wine for the three adults and a warm bottle of milk for the colt.

Driessen ducked some to get through the door and his eyes widened at the amount of food. He had been eating herbs for weeks now. Letting the ladies take places and plates first he looked over the food taking a drink of wine deciding what to eat. He raised the glass to Linharra. "A fine vintage you got here. Very smooth."

Linharra chuckled at the astonishment upon their faces. When Driessen lifted his wine glass to her, she did the same to him. "Thank you" taking a sip she looked around at them. She placed Carson on a seat made for foals, he gurgled and she laughed. "What a cute colt he is," she smiled as she tickled under his chin. Linharra felt good about taking the three in, she knew they deeply needed help and took her role as the baroness very seriously. "Now, everyone eat up!" she said cheerfully.

Striding into the village, Aragahst walked slowly, pulling his hood over his head even further. He had no idea how they would treat him here. For all he knew, he could be the most hated type of creature this far south of his homeland. Seeing and hearing the speculative talk around him as he walked down the streets, his claws shown visbily from his cloak. Seeing a pair of centaurs talking, he walked upto them and tightened his muscles in case he had to flee or fight. "Excuse me sir, madam, is there any room here for one such as me?" The werewolf asked.

Nimue found Orreon so kind to her and blushed when he took her hand as they began to walk together. As the pair walked together she realized how close Orreon really was next to her. She listen to him complement her saying she was a fit, beautiful and strong warrior. Than Orreon began to talk about his patrol and troublesome activties taking place in the woods.
" Hmm yes, well hopefully. It's a good thing your being cautious." she smiled. As they spoke Nimue felt Orreon's strong feelings for her. She was kind of lost with words as they continued to stroll together. As they did so together Nimue playfully ran ahead of him hiding behind a tree. "Come catch me." she giggled.

Driessens instincts prickled as he picked at the food. He couldn't shake the feeling he had. Chuckling at the foal he excused himself. "Excuse me, madames. I need to check something." He left the table and shook his head once outside trying to get rid of the uneasy feeling he had. Walking a little ways away he saw a shady character going through the village. Looking closely he could see the claws and put his hand to his hilt ready to charge Aragahst. Gripping the hilt tightly he relaxed his hand and watched the beast. He wasn't attacking, just walking and talking to two centaurs.
