ShadowBoyKai first of all NO ONE in Death Note can kill Goku. He isn't Human, he's an Alien.
Secondly, Itachi cannot kill Goku. Genjutsu doesn't work on anyone without a Chakra System, and people in DBZ do not use Chakra, they use Ki (which works differently).
Anime Characters that could kill Goku?
Kami Tenchi, Chousins, Lord of nightmares, Dark Schneider, TTGL, Pyron etc. Actually you are wrong about Goku not being human. If you pay attn to DBZ they say he is a member of the Saiyan Race, not the Saiyan Species. Saiyans are human. If they weren't they wouldn't be able to mate with humans. So since Goku is human, the Death Note will work on him.

Lelouch and Rolo from Code Geass could also kill him. All Lelouch would have to do is look him in the eyes and command him to die. All Rolo would have to do is freeze time and stab him in the heart a few times.

You do understand that DBZ and Science don't go together right? A ship condensed into a Capsule? It took Piccolo 3 seconds to tank the Moon with a Ki Blast that looked no faster than a Rocket Launcher.
I've never seen a Human been born with a Tail. Saiyans might have Human Characteristics etc, but i HIGHLY doubt it.
On a side note, Goku Speed Blitz any Death Note User.

And about the speed blitz thing, I know Goku would show respect to his opponent which would give a Death Note user enough time to write Goku's full name in their Death Note.

Toriyama only made mating possible with Humans, so he could introduce hero's like Gohan into the story, since DBZ was supposed to be about Gohan. That and the fact that every female Saiyan died.
Apart from Kid Buu, I've never seen Goku respect an opponent. If Goku revealed his name, he'd say "Goku". Just like he did with Raditz. He wouldn't say "Kakarott" which is his real name.

He took on the last name of Son Gohan(his Grandfather) "son" IS NOT a title, unlike "san" or "kun" etc. It is an actual surname. It is Chinese in origin

If human they could use the shinigami eyes and if shinigami they already possess the eyes so they could write down the name they see. If it is a human w/o the eyes he/she could just ask Goku his name.

I think Raizen, Yusuke's father from Yu Yu Hakusho could evenly match Goku if he was in his prime. Yu Yu Hakusho stopped short of Dragonball Z(in terms of power) which I'm happy about. But it did have characters that were so much more powerful than the other charaters(and I'm talking about Raizen) that the only way he could be killed was by him starving himself to death. And even in this weakened, starving state, the main Character...who was deemed at this point the most powerful, couldn't hurt Raizen with his signature attack.

Finally, someone who agrees with me that Vegeta can beat Goku! SSJ4 Goku vs. SSJ4 Vegeta does actually happen and Vegeta kicks Goku's a**. So that is true. But there's no way Itachi could beat Goku. Goku could kill Itachi with 10x Kamehameha. Then, if he fuses with Vegeta it'll be no contest.
