Rooks was brought in, by a single guard and no chains. Instead, the guard held something to Rooks' back that looked a lot like a cattle prod,a button on the handle that would emit a strong surge of energy should he need it. But it was clear it wouldn't be. Rooks was calm, emotionless, uncaring on where he was. He just knew he was told to sit in this place, and that was what he would do so long as it gave him a place to stay.

Rooks was place against a wall, loose chains clasped around his ankles and wrists, many wires shoved into his back, mostly around the shoulder blades and neck. He stood on an odd looking pad made of wiry metal. All of it was hooked up to a strong generator designed to sap him of all power should he prove a nuisance. Even as he was cooperating, they decided to turn the generator on low, making it so Rooks was still operational, for the most part, just unable to effectively move.
