As the spikes rushed towards Jatai, Jatai made a quick change up of motives. Quickly pulling Weinihonto out from the belt and spinning while in mid-air, to parry the incoming spikes. As he did so, he also caused the blade to release a dark pulse of energy when the tip faced upward, so as to quickly propel him downward to cancel his previous attack, when he saw the lava's appearance. He soared backwards to further escape the heat and danger of the lava that was flowing from the golem's mouth. His ears rang in pain as he remembered the metal sound that the golem used, but it did show him something. Looking at the golem and the crystal spikes throughout the field, it revealed to Jatai, one fatal flaw with the golem's technique.

"That screeching technique was impressive, however, you weren't thinking about your host when you used the technique. Apparently, you do not know about the nature of sound. I didn't attempt to stop the sound from reaching because then I would have to waste chakra on doing so, as well, those crystalline spikes and you yourself made it harder to avoid the sound, thus would have caused me to use even more chakra. However, sound travels through mediums, some are better than others. For example, a collision between two tatami mats would not make as loud a sound as a collision between two kunai knives. The reason being that the metal forms a better medium. Your host, Link, actually being inside of you, would be in a worse state than me. You see, the sound reached me only because it traveled using air, a gas, as a medium, and therefore I was only hit with longitudinal waves that create the pressure deviations. While Link, having the sound reach him through the crystalline structure of your body, would've been hit with both longitudinal waves and transverse waves. The two can only be present when the sound travels through a solid. Thus causing an even sharper, louder noise, considering with the pressure from the longitudinal waves there was also the shear stress caused by the transverse waves. Plus, since the sound was far beyond the threshold of pain, and its intention being to damage hearing, you have most likely oscillated your own structure, being a crystalline solid, causing both longitudinal and transverse waves. As well, I also have my electrokinesis, which could repair damaged neurons if necessary, therefore the eventual repairing of my ear trauma will be a small feat. Though, it may take a little while."

With Jatai's explanation finished, he placed his blade away, tucking it tightly with the belt that was strapped diagonally on his torso.

"5 more seconds and then I can go back to being at my full potential."

Jatai began making hand signs, focusing meiton chakra throughout his body, preparing for his next technique.

(Lol, truthfully I wouldn't have known as much about sound, if I weren't hit with it in past roleplays, lol. So the nature of sound was one thing I made sure I knew, in case it were used against me again. xd )

Jatai continued charging meiton chakra, and began directing the darkness towards his arms. But as the technique became stronger he came to realize:

"Damn, what if I do hit the golem with the full force of this jutsu? Link would be...."

As Jatai thought a little more, he stopped the chakra from charging any further and kept it lingering around his arms.

"What I got to do is weaken the beast enough so it would retreat back inside that ring, so then I'll just have to release it now."

Jatai kicked up a rock from the ground, and caught it with his left hand. At that very second, he jumped up from the ground, hovering in the air a little as he reached the height of his jump, its purpose being to insure that he remained out of the range of the magma and lingering flames so as not to be scorched.

"When this technique is over, your outer structure will be no harder than this rock I have here."

Jatai then held the rock out with his left hand, and crushed it, letting the pieces, that would be considered too small to even be pebbles, fall to the ground. Then, Jatai held out his arms with still emanated meiton chakra.

"Meiton Release: Shiburogetsu (Prep LVL 2)"

Jatai simultaneously swung his arms in circular motions, one going clockwise, and the other going counter-clockwise. This created a strong wind, that was imbued with dark chakra, and capable of disrupting matter. In other words, it was capable of disrupting the crystalline structure that the particles held inside the solids that made up the Crystalline Golem, and move them around a little, thus giving it a weaker structure, therefore explaining what Jatai meant by the golem not being harder than the rock. However, Jatai also had another plan for it. He knew that wind was weak against fire, and though Shiburogetsu is really a meiton technique, there is still the possibility of fire still having the same effects. But, Jatai knew that Shiburogetsu had wind that rotated in several directions, and the only direction it was clearly moving in was forward towards the golem and away from himself. Therefore, the lava and fire would be unable to make contact with Jatai if it had to go through the wind, as well, because the direction is clear that it is moving towards the golem and away from Jatai, chances are that the wind will also blow the lava and fire towards the golem, himself. Jatai only placed in the technique enough force so as to disrupt golem's structure, so that the effects would be unable to reach Link. The dark wind of Shiburogetsu made a large howl as it rushed towards the Crystalline Golem

"Shoot can't dodge in mid-air. So then, I got no choice!"

Jatai made a tiger hand seal, concentrating chakra from his stomach up to his throat and towards his mouth.

"Katon Release: Mercurial Blaze Sphere!"

Jatai then shot a huge sphere of glowing hot fire towards the fireball hurling towards him, in order to cancel them out. As the fire blasts collided, a sudden explosion of flames occurred. A few hot embers blew in Jatai's direction, causing minor burns on his arms, which he held up to protect more important parts of his body, but nothing permanently damaging. As Jatai came to a landing, he looked towards the beast.

"I have no problem with you wanting to be free from the ring. However, it's not like your very good to your host, or to the first person you see, heh."

Jatai paused for a moment thinking a little.

"This thing, it's intent on staying out of that ring. If only use a little of Amonojaku's power, then I should be alright. I don't want to damage my thoughts permanently, so I shouldn't use the power for too long."

With Jatai done with his thought, he pulled up his sleeves, revealing his arms. In a short moment, the Meian Crystals of Amonojaku began to grow along Jatai's arms, his left arm holding dark violet crystals, and his right arm, holding bright white crystals. The crystals were transparent, inside of the crystals the motion of the meiton chakra inside the violet crystals, and the hikatan in the white crystals, was clearly visible.

"Ok, I only shrouded my forearms with the Meian Crystals, so that's not too much."

Jatai thought to himself, as he prepared himself for round 2.

Jatai slammed his palm into the ground, pushing himself off the ground with incredible force. As he soared in mid-air for a moment he wondered.

"What is this beast doing? A beast that is unintentionally harming the host, and is going out of control so suddenly, this isn't making much sense. I need to know what is going on with it, and there is only one way for me to find out."


Jatai came to a landing a few yards from the Crystalline Golem. He quickly made a few hand signs, while watching the golem rampage.

"Meiton Release: Sumikami."

Jatai created five aura beings, in the shape of himself, each with an invisible barrier around it. As well the same kind of barrier existed between the beings and could easily be stretched and extended to where the beings moved. The barrier was a way to allow Jatai access to the mind of beings that came in contact with it, after first causing some physical trauma, which is the jutsu's style of weakening the will to resist Jatai's presence in the depths of their minds and thoughts. Two of the Sumikami beings began to move towards the Crystalline Golem, thus extending the barrier from the points where the others stood, to the points where they were. Jatai stood in the middle of all the beings, thus protecting himself if the Crystalline Golem were to attack him by physical means.

Jatai smiled as the golem finally released Link. Jatai then deactivated the Sumikami and his segmental biju transformation. Jatai wiped his forehead, which was sweating a little from the heat and a little exhaustion after facing the Crystalline Golem. Then, Jatai looked back at Link. He kicked up a little dirt behind him and stood back in his Hiraken Style stance.

"We'll see who beats who now, Link."

Jatai then rushed towards Link with incredible speed, fast enough to blow away the dust and rubble that remained clouding the battlefield after the Crystalline Golem disappeared. As he came closer, his right hand moved, so the palm faced forward while his fore-fingers bent in a little. This was in preparation for Jatai's Hiraken Style Technique, the Kaiko Yashi. Kaiko Yashi literally meant "Discharge Palm." The technique involved changing the charge of Jatai's life-force that mainly encompassed his palm so as to release a discharge of electricity inside the target's body. Jatai sent his right palm towards Link's chest, attempting to strike with Kaiko Yashi.

Luckily for Jatai, he was still in motion during and after the Kaiko Yashi strike, thus his forward momentum was pushing him away from Link's sword strike with incredible speed. After speeding away from the strike, Jatai slammed his front foot against the ground causing an increase in friction, and a sudden stop for Jatai. He turned his head and gave a grin. Then, turned the rest of his body around back into his former Hiraken Style stance, still giving the same smile. A calming wind blew by as the two stood across each other on the field.

"This is where my speed comes to play. What advantage you have because of your short size, I will make up for with my advantage in speed. Then I'll just mesh accuracy with it and I'll finish this battle in the blink of an eye."

Jatai began running towards Link, slowly increasing his speed as he went along. His face looked calm, not worrying any about what Link said about his size.

"I'll show you, now, my fastest and most fluid taijutsu technique, the Senjabushi!"

Senjabushi was Hiraken Style's fastest technique, that involved a bombardment of several lightning-quick strikes damage a target's internal life-force. Jatai instantly accelerated at great speed towards Link, his hands beginning to move up to prepare a set of strikes towards Link. He moved at such a speed that dust only appeared at the point where he instantly accelerated. As Jatai approached Link, still moving at an unbelievable pace, his hands preparing a large number of strikes towards Link's center.

As Jatai rushed at Link, he began to try to slow himself down, but moving at such a pace, it appeared that he would rush right into the fire around Link. In a sudden attempt to escape incineration, Jatai redirected his hands straight at the ground with great force and speed that he pushed off the ground still maintaining great quickness. This also shot him away from the fireballs that were hurling towards him. But while still in mid-air, he noticed the shockwave of fire hurling towards him now.

"Heh...now I got some pressure on me. Meiton Release: Jujjimento Kage Bunshin."

Jatai made a single Judgement Shadow Clone, while in mid-air. The clone tugged on Jatai's collar, to get a firm grip, as he hurled Jatai further into the air to escape the wave of fire that hurled towards them. The clone was immediately engulfed and incinerated by the flames. While Jatai was in mid-air, he noticed a sudden feeling of numbness in his hands. Jatai looked down at his hands and noticed the extreme paleness that faded the color of his palms.

"Senjabushi's side-effects. Drat I lost all feeling in my hands, I just need to manage for a bit, so that I can let my hands recover, then I'll finish this battle. I guess, this is a good time as ever to conserve my remaining chakra."
