1976 The nation's 200'th birthday. Out in the boonies, it was just another day. Now N.Y.C- Heck-they'd been working on sand blasting the Statue of Liberty to make her all nice and shiny for the celebration and had lots of boats and fireworks. We had beer and cows.

1972 This year absolutely sucked. I don't remember why, but, i do remember being glad when it ended.
