"You know, I think you have a better reason then just 'Not liking family'" John said. He didn't care if he was butting in. If someone threatens to push him off of Olympus, then he had every right to do that.

Alyson looked up at him sharply. "Maybe I do. And If I do have a better reason then you wont ever know it. Didn't anyone ever tell you it's rude to get into another persons personal life?" She asked, bitterly.

John smirked. "Didn't anyone tell you its rude to try and push people off Olympus?" He said, as rudely as he could. She was getting defensive, and he liked that. Although she might try to change the subject.

"You know, you really are a jerk." John said, "And I could have easily stayed at camp and went to the Dionysus' kid's party. I'm really starting to question why I came, if I was going to be tormented by you." He said and kept looking around. After awhile he finally gave up. "Its useless." He declared.

"The Dionysus party would be a waste of time. The only thing that would happen would be a whole bunch of drunks being idiots, while too loud music plays in the background and people make complete fools of themselves as they try, and don't succeed, at dancing. And by the way I've been called a jerk plenty of times it doesn't effect me. I don't care what you have to call me. Like it matters." Alyson told him. "If you didn't have a reason on being apart of this quest then why did you even come in the first place?" She asked him.

"Well, Miss Heartless, I decided to come on this quest because life was really boring at camp. And I actually did want to go to the party, only because the crazy girl that yelled at me invited me." John snapped. "But why did you come on this quest if you knew we would talk to Nemesis?" He asked. He was right. She went on the offensive. This was no different then a simple chess match.

So either deal with it, or try to kill me. Please, it would be better than being here with you." He said, honestly. It was hard to make an Apollo kid mad, but she had a talent for this.

"Because I'm probably the one with the best medical skills." John answered simply. "And i don't mind being here. It would be easier if we didn't have to look for something that isn't here." He was tired. The guards probably had nothing to say, nothing was on the polished ground, and Alyson was being worse than ever.
