hmmmm looks like killer is pretty opionated....i agree with what he said though...but not all new music is bad....in rock theirs a lot of music thats harkening back to the 80's and 90's right now if anyone would pay the "good" bands any attention...and as far as what you wanna call some new sh1t bad....ha Greenday and duaghtry are some of the worse culprits, see (jason?is that ur name?) the problem is a lot of disney music is pop, and pop has alyways been iffy to me, i never cared for it....pop can afford to put out crappy tween music becouse lets face it.pop is a jujgernout in the music buisness....i mean lady gaga and the jonas brothers both co-exist in the same genre which is big enough for that...But then again greenday is just a standerd rock band and lets face it standerd rock is boring and suckish now a days..it's a shame really...But i've always liked more of the frindge music and i do listen to every genre but im a die hard music fan...I only take the best from each genre, and i dont really value the opionion of someone who can list Nirvanna next to the offspring instead of next to other grundge heavy hitters like the screaming trees or soundgarden....But then again my taste is a bit....different i suppose instead of naming everyone which would take me about an hour im just gonna list the best in my opionion from each of my favorite genres.... trip-hop-tricky grundge-foo-fighters and soundgarden scandanavion death metal-nightwish alternitive-smashing pumpkins/marilyn mansin 80's rock-David Bowie disco/funk-the beegees/rhcp goth-sxiuose and the banshees/voltaire west coast rap-the wu-tang clan genre crossers-Limp bixkit Of course here are a few of my favorite musicians of all time and if any of you really are fans of music then you should be able to identify them by name....

I agree with you there But I like the music today (apart from JB LG and the Jonas Brothers.) because there is so many different genres to choose from rather than rock and normal singing.
