Lithuania is a complete Uke no matter the situation. History has proved that. And Poland completely semes Lithuania (the only real relationship he has been in), history proves that as well.

I disagree Veretix, I still think Poland is the uke in the relationship while Lithuania is the seme.
(I do have the proper paperworks....I just burned them with some other people stuff. rwr;; )

To be historically accurate, a lot of Hetalia doesn't apply.
This is why I say that Poland is usually uke but sometimes he does seme Lithuania, usually if it's a comfort piece, or if he's raping Lithuania. Liet gets raped by everyone. (HOW COULD YOU ITALY!?--directed at my IRL group's Italy who decided to feel the inside of my thigh for no reason today >.>; )

Aaaah why do I see Chibitalia and HRE and Sealand on the liiiist? Their innocence!
- Spain is an uke, except when it comes to Romano and North Italy.
- Greece is seme, except with Turkey. Although Turkey may end up as uke sometimes...
- Turkey is seme, except with Russia. They've had quite a bit of history together.
- Hong Kong is an uke. Hey, if England dominated him once...
- South Korea is a seke. Seme to the East Asians, uke to the rest of the world. (Like me! |DD)
- I believe Japan was a seme, but he's now an uke. Kind of like England. He took over South Korea and invaded China. But after Japan WWII it seems to me like he...turned into an uke.
(Probably because of America. Yeah, it was him.)
- China is a seke. But I think he's mostly uke. His character and overall appearance makes him seem like he's an uke, for starters...And look at what happened to China in the past, mainly with Japan, England & France? Not to mention Russia and America. But now it seems like China is becoming more of seme.
Belarus is seme.

Agreed, Poland is seke.
China seems to be uke mostly, but he's the only person I can imagine Russia being uke to, largely because he's 4000 years old and it seems like he wouldn't put up with Russia's s**t--if Russia wants some, he has to play by China's rules and that's that.
Belarus... is rape, so I'm not going to count that for Russia pairings, because if he was willing he'd be seme over her >.>;

Bwaha, I just realized that I forgot to mention how China was seme sometimes. But Liet said it for me already, I don't think there's a point in me adding onto that. xD
I do think all of this is being judged by pairing. And maybe with influence of the 'Hetalia' personalites...It's really difficult thinking about it historically.
Austria = Uke. Even with Hungary.
Prussia = Seke...But he's more of an uke who tries to be seme.
Let's see...who hasn't been talked about yet?
Norway - Seke. I personally think that as a joke, Denmark and Norway have problems figuring out who tops.
Egypt - Most likely an uke. I have my reasons.
Iceland - I'm not sure myself. I don't even know much about his character.
Liechtenstein - SEME. Most definitely.
(I kid, you guys. xP I don't think she would approve of those types of activities because her brother wouldn't want her to get involved.)

I think Iceland would be an Uke,
he might look all cool and great and acts like it too but I bet if he would ever get in some kind of "relationship" he would become confused and well wont know what to do making him a perfect little uke >:3 but then again there will always be the possibility that Iceland will suddenly start taking control!
Ex: canadaxIceland, Iceland would deffinetly be a seme there, I honestly can only see Canada as an Uke.
