Agreed except for XIII. that was a mockery to good Final Fantasy. It's like saying the Zelda game where Link talked was good. I liked Snow and almost liked Lightning, that's it. Every other main game though, awesome. Can't wait for XIV, can't wait for Dissidia 012

But as far as Cloud not helping Zack at the last, that was because he was a major wussbag for most of his life. And after the Shinra mansion, he was heavily OD'ed on Mako and it was a miracle he even survived that. Then just as he was starting to recover he watches his friend die protecting him, it destroyed his fragile mental state.
