If Rangiku had a freak accident and got her boobs removed then... She wouldn't be my friend's favourite any more xp But she'd probably get plastic surgery to make them come back or something.

Uh, if Ichigo didn't save Rukia in time, then she'd be dead and Byakua would feel very guilty because she was in that situation because of him in the first place.
