Dean turned around, "Vince, put all of those guns back into the armory now... You know that protocol states only a sidearm is allowed unless the threat level increases."

" All of them because i put a machine gun..... nevermind." he said and ran off to the armor and came back with what looked like only a sidearm. " Ok so is everything going good." he asked as he walked over next to dean.

Dean looked at Vince, "Nothing yet... preparations for the planet cracking are underway and all rigs are accounted for." He looked over at Dante, "What do you mean... what now?"

Jack entered the Bridge with mild-awe at the view of the planet. He wondered if the planet had been cracked yet, I swear if that rookie made me miss that... he wondered what happened to the rookie,he was probably told to lay off the mining tools for a while,or maybe they took pity on him and assigned him to an easier job.

Dean looked at him, "Well they had an accident with some of the equipment so they are a man short... I could put you on the next shuttle down if you want to take his place?"
Dean than looked at the person who just entered, "And who might you be?"

Jack instinctively touched the scar on his head, "just some rookie who got a little to cocky with a mining tool...". He let his arms drop to the side, "but frankly,I'm not surprised they took me up here,crazy things have been going on in the Colony recently.."

(They haven't found the marker yet so the colony shouldn't be acting weird yet)
Dean looked at the scar, "I haven't gotten any reports of any disturbances from the planet yet... My guess is that the higher ups are making the miners prep the rock faster."

Jack nodded knowing first-hand of what was happening. "Maybe a bit to fast,after all most of the new miners down there are fairly inexperienced if I do say so myself" He replied.
