That would most likely work, you should also probably take measures to clean out the members who are no longer active after some of the initial activity returns.

How will we help activity to return? Still seems kinda quiet around here. Post a role play starter? Revive some old ones? From what I've noticed there are some very good starters up already from 2009. Death to the Batman was one in particular that grabbed my attention. What say you oh fearless leader(s)?

That will definitely help. I also think if we can rally our heroes and villains and get a couple roleplays running than those who visit will see that we are active and be compelled to join.
