"Um, I think he might've been near the same height as me, which means he's probably a couple of years younger than me," Fiona responded, "Most other eighteen-year-olds tower over me. I'm only five feet and two inches tall." She was about to say something, when she was almost pulled over by a rough tug on her dress sleeve.
Her little Magby looked to be on the verge of either crying or starting up another tantrum; a grumbling noise coming from his empty belly. "Mag-by, Mag-by!" He stated in quite the demanding manner.
"Oh, I'm sorry Magby! With all the commotion I forgot to give you guys your dinner." Fiona scooped the protesting young fire-type into her arms, then glanced down at the ever-so-quiet Ivysaur. "You're probably hungry too, huh?" Ivysaur only shrugged. She noticed how much more frazzled her trainer seemed since the baby joined them, so she wasn't going to complain about something as silly as being hungry.
"I'm sorry officer Jenny, I wish I could tell you more, but I barely saw the burglar. Professor Aspen can fill you in on what's missing." Fiona told her. And with that, she walked out of the room - with Ivysaur on her heels - and headed to the cafeteria to satisfy the hunger of her Pokemon and herself.

"Now if I can just get a list of all the pokemon that were taken, I can fill out this report and get someone on the case." Officer Jenny told the Professor. "We'll catch this crook just as soon as we can, no doubt about it."

"Oh my... so that boy I bumped into really was a dangerous criminal?" Charise patted Nina soothingly. "I'm so sorry I didn't listen to you... My darling Nina really isn't the type to make rash accusations. Now, Officer, my father and I live in that horrible old monstrosity about six blocks down this road. I really can't be seen so I'll have to sneak in, so could you maybe drop me off at the corner? Please?" She smiled her best charm-school smile.

The Officer nodded. "Yes miss. But I'd like to get your name if I could. In case we have to call you in to ask you a few more questions. Is that ok?" He asked.

"My name is Charise Adalia Bellington, and thank you so much for keeping the city safe," she simpered, continuing to ruffle the wings of her Swablu which only rolled its eyes at her.

"Alright Miss Bellington." The Officer said and lead her back to her house. "You take care, alright? You may hear from us in a day or two, ok?" He said and tipped his hat to her.

Prof. Aspen watched - almost despairingly - as his assistant left to deal with her Pokemon. He barely liked doing his required government paperwork, much less talking to officers. And unfortunately for him, the other researchers went straight home from the conference. Glancing along the aisles of the storage area, the professor began naming off all the missing pokemon.
"Well, let's see...The rat-pack, toxic clique, swampies- Oh wait, I'm naming off their group names! You see, we study interpokemon relations. So Fiona - my assistant - gave names to the groups of pokemon that usually hung out together." He explained, albeit quite mumbly.
"The rat-pack - four Rattata, a Raticate, two Sentret, a Zigzagoon, and two Bidoof. Toxic clique - an Ekans, three Zubat, a Haunter, a Skorupi, and the 'lovely couple' Nidoran -the female verion- and Nidorino; they usually don't allow any other Pokemon to hand out with them except for rat-pack's Raticate and the Glameow twins from the socialites. Socialites - as I mentioned earlier, a pair of Glameow twins, a different Zigzagoon than the rat-pack's, a Wigglytuff, three Chatot, and a Buneary. Lastly is the swampies - two Wooper, a Lombre, both kinds of Shellos, A Politoed, and a Corphish." William Aspen had been ticking off the names on his fingers while he had been talking. "So that's a total of about...Thirthy-three Pokemon? Yes, that sounds about right."
((The Haunter mentioned is meant to be a different one than Adam's))

Officer Jenny nodded and made careful notes about each pokemon. "Of course. I'll leave this form here with you to fill out. Any distinguishing characteristics on any of the pokemon should be listed in details below their species and any nicknames they go by. I'll come by in the morning to pick that up. Is that ok?"

((I'm hoping in.))
Tyler was sitting in his apartment, tossing potato chips to his Buizel. Any minute now, Adam would be home. He just had to be patient. It was always nerve wracking when Adam went out on a raid, and this one was more dangerous than most. Still, he just had to be patient and trust his little brother.
"He'll be home soon, Dew." He said to the buizel. Dew nodded, munching at another chip.

Adam slipped into the apartment and locked the door behind him quickly. Slumping against the wall, he took a deep breath. He had made it home without any more difficulty. He set his backpack on the ground, promising to deal with the Pokemon later and walked into the kitchen to eat.

Dew jumped off of Tyler's lap and bolting into the kitchen. "Bweeeeeeeeeeee." It said happily, rubbing against Adam's legs.
"There you are." Tyler said, leaning against the doorframe. "Took you long enough." he sighed. "Everything go ok? you got the pokemon?"

"Yeah, I got them." Adam said, making himself a sandwich. "Haunter do you want some food?" He asked and turned around. "Haunter?" Oh no.....Haunter?" He looked around. Haunter was no where in the apartment. "Oh crap."
Haunter had decided to follow Charise home instead. He floated up to her bedroom/ "Haunt Haunt." He chuckled to himself, watching the girl.

Charise wound the key on her musical jewelry box. "Stupid daddy and his stupid guards all over the place..." She turned and beckoned the maid's Gardevoir, called Bliss, over to her. "...dance practice for parties I'm never allowed to go to..." she grumbled under her breath as she held Bliss' hands. "Gardevoir, gar!" Bliss cried out anxiously, sensing the girl's black mood. The heiress let out a long breath. "It's not your fault, Bliss. You want to know whose it is?" she didn't wait for a response from either poke`mon or the intimidated maid, but pointed in the direction of her father's study in the south wing without looking. "It's that man right there! That stupid, selfish old geezer who can't get a grip on reality!" she scowled, striding to the balcony. Nina flew to her friend and settled on top of her head to hum a relaxing song. "Swablu, swa-swabluu..." she said reproachfully and pecked Charise gently. "I'm fine, Nina, really..." Charise swept a loose curl over her ear and leaned on the rail, completely failing to notice Haunter floating just to her left.

Charise turned to face the poke`mon. "Not now, Elisabet... Hey wait, you're not Elisabet! But if you're not the cook's Haunter, where did you come from?" Charise frowned slightly in concentration as she tried to remember if any of the staff had young relatives with a fondness for ghost poke`mon.
