Help me escape my fate... You are Mine... Kei really didn't know what to say to both his senpai. Delightful. That was the word that had been used. Of course, it was at times delightful, Arisa did try her best to make him happy. But to Kei there was something missing for the entire thing to be "Delightful". That was.... "Well, I can't say that we were the ones who decided ot have this engagement. Our parents decided this when we were both little. My parents...wanted me to have a buisness of my own. But my older brother is the one who will be inheriting my families comapany." Kei smiled bitterly for a breif moment, then concealed it, hoping that no one noticed. Jumping in, Arisa finished the short story. "So, since I'm the only child in my family, Our parents agreed to have Kei-chan marry me so he could have Yonai Fashions." Arisa smiled brightly. And I don't mind at all, because I love Kei-chan alot. Even if our parents hadn't engaged us, I think Kei-chan and I would have been together anyways."That was something that Kei rebuke. It wasn't that he hated Arisa. No, far from it. He loved her dearly and he wouldn't want anyone harm her. But the fault was that his love for her only went to a certain point. To Kei, Arisa was mearly a good friend and almost like a sister. He didn't wish to be married to someone he viewed as such. But then again, he view most women as a sisterly figure. He could not place why he had such emotions, but he had never actually fallen in love with a girl in his life. "Isn't that right Kei-chan?"The words pulled Kei out of his thoughts and he stared at Arisa for amoment before naswering. "Hmm? Oh, um, yes. I think that would happen. There's no doubt about it." He looked back to Tamaki, By the way, senapi. About my ealier comment, I wasn't trying to be rude or anything, but you know how things are at this school. Someone makes a scandal when ever they can, I was try to avoid that. Your reputation would be on the line.

A King and a Jester... Tamaki chuckled and laughed. " Y-Yes, of course." He dusted off his coat, sighing in relief. " My reputation can't be harmed! I am the king!" He put one fist into the air and one hand on his hip, triumphantly. Mitsuda smirked, noticing that little bitter smile Kei gave. " Kei-san, may I speak to you for a moment?" He asked, sweetly, before he walked beside him. " I'd like to discuss some business ideas." He whispered in his ear, elegantly. " Should you want." He put a firm hand on Kei's shoulder. " You wouldn't regret it..." He hissed, very softly. Tamaki tilted his head at Mitsuda and Kei before looking at Arisa. " Well, what about you? Would you like some tea, cookies, company?" He asked, politely. Dans la même cour?

Help me escape my fate... You are Mine... There was no way out of this. That much Kei himself knew. He need to talk to Mitsuda, whatever the topic would be. "Of course Watari-Senpai. I'd love to hear what you think." Kei stood up from his chair and smiled at Tamaki. "Please excuse me.""Well, what about you? Would you like some tea, cookies, company?" "Ah, yes. If Kei-chan doesn't mind." Arisa turned her blue eyes to Kei. "I don't mind at all. I have confidence in Tamaki-senpai." Kei smiled at Mitsuda. "Shall we?" He then walked to a corner of the room, far from the other guests and hosts. "What is it that want to speak of Senpai?"

A King and a Jester... " Oh, nothing..." Mitsuda leaned against the wall, sighing. " Just..." He stretched his arms out, his fingers intertwined. " What you think of Arisa." He looked at Kei through half closed eyes. Tamaki smiled and turned to Arisa, sitting down politely. " So, what are some of the new fashions that your father is coming out with? I'm absolutely dying to know!" He squeaked, clasping his hands together. He wanted to talk fashion while Mitsuda wasn't around to berate him. Mitsuda smirked and shrugged, letting a little chuckle go through his teeth. " It's probably none of my business, but for some reason, I don't get the vibe from you two." He blinked, scratching the back of his head, smiling, warmly sleepy. Dans la même cour?

Help me escape my fate...
You are Mine...
This wasn't a question that he was asked fequently. Everyone just assumed that He and Arisa were a happy couple, on their way to a bright future. Never had anyone really asked what he felt for Arisa. "What...I think about Arisa-sama..." Kei's eyes dropped to the floor as he tried to word the answer in his mind. "I...like Arisa. No, wait. I love her. Yeah...I really do love her. But not like a woman. I don't think I could love her as a woman." He glance over to the table where Arisa and Tamaki were, they seemed to be having fun. "It's not that she's unattractive or anything, I find her to be very pretty, but I've been around her for most of my life, the only feelings for her I have are those of a good friend or a brother."
"I don't want to hurt her by calling off this engagement, but I don't want to go through with it either. But...my family wanted me to own a large buisness and Arisa-sama's father wanted to have a male heir, so everything worked against me," Kei let his shoulders sag and he smiled up to Mitsuda. "As I said before, though, I really do love Arisa-sama and I don't want any harm or damage come to her. That's why I'm still here."
***
Arisa Clapped her hands togther as both Kei and Mitsuda began their conversation. "Okay then! I'll let you in on a few secrets!" It was good to talk to someone who knew a thing or two about fashion. Kei-chan was adorable and all, but when it came to actual fashion, he was pretty much oblivious to the change in styles. That was also why Arisa always had to buy new clothes for him, if she didn't, he would just buy whatever and come out looking like a disaster. "Well, to start, my father is going to do something a little different, Kimonos. he wants to try and blend western styles into Kimonos. In my opinion it sounds a little odd, but I'm sure taht it will catch on sooner or later." She stopped for a moment to take sip of her tea. "Oh! Darjeeling, I haven't had this sort of tea for a while now, but back to what I was saying. Also, we're coming out with winter clothes with the Theme 'Arctic Season'. Alot of the clothes will be using faux fur and cool white coloring."

A King and a Jester... " Western style kimonos? Faux fur coats?" Tamaki's eyes glittered. He jumped up and tackle hugged Arisa, spinning around. " That's a wonderful idea! Your father is a genius!" He exclaimed, laughing while he spun. I really do love Arisa-sama and I don't want any harm or damage come to her. That's why I'm here.
" Oh, you gatta be kiddin' me!" Mitsuda rolled his eyes, his Cajun accent acting up again. " Sistah? You gots a fine woman right dere." He slapped the back of Kei's head. He circled around him and straightened his back. " Stand up straight, chest out, chin up." He said, the accent faded, as he corrected Kei's posture to fit the requirements. " And." He leaned into Kei's ear and sang softly. He moved around, making dramatic gestures left and right, snapping his fingers. Tamaki stopped spinning and laughed, looking at Mitsuda. " Wha-Wha?" He chuckled. " Mitsuda-san! You are a rich man!" He doubled over. Mitsuda laughed and continued, smiling all the time he sang. Dans la même cour?

Help me escape my fate... You are Mine... Kei couldn't help but smile as he heard the familiar 'Fiddler on the Roof' tune. It was one of his own favorite plays, and the movie was something in itself. "I get what you mean Senpai, I guess I'm just being overdramatic about it." He took place by Mitsuda and joined his upperclassman in singing the catchy tune. But stopped as he noticed Arisa wobbling a bit unevenly, seeming to spin an a half circle. "Arisa-sama...are you alright?" He asked hesitantly as he approached his dizzy fiancee. "Spin, spin..." She repiled smiling like a drunk before staggaring away in a totally different direction. "Everything spins."Kei stared on with astonishment and blinked once or twice. This was new. He had never seen her dizzy before. "Tamaki-senpai, what happened to her?" He looked to Tamaki with an amused expression on his face. If this was the king's fault, he had to thank him for the amusing sight. "Spin...spin...Ah!" Arisa stopped spinning as she bumped into someone's back. "Sorry! I didn't-Oh! Kyoya-senpai! Hello! Do you remeber me? It's Arisa Yonai, I helped fit you for your suit at the christmas party last year."

Ootorii/Hawagase "Of course I remember you Yonai-san," Kyoya said, smiling slightly as he gently placed his hands on her shoulders to steady her, "It would seem that Tamaki has you around a little bit too much." He glanced over at a chair nearby, and then back at Arisa. "Would you like to take a seat Yonai-san? It should help to clear your head a little."
Rina and Saki had been watching the whole encounter silently, Saki with feigned interest and Rina with genuine interest. 'Now there's two blonde hosts?' she thought, tilting her head a little, 'Why does he seem familiar? He kind of reminds me of Hotomi-san. . .' "Doesn't he remind you of Miyake-san?" Saki asked after a small silence between the girls, trying to show her sister that she was okay, even though she still wasn't, "You know, the woman who planned Michicko-chan's wedding?" "I was just thinking that actually," Rina said, glancing at Saki with a grin, "Of course, we could both be mistaken as usual." Saki smiled up at her sister softly as she rubbed the back of her head sheepishly. "Yeah, we could be," she chuckled, "But then again, we've never met Miyake-san's family. . ." ((I'm so sorry it's been so long! School's taken a lot out of me! crying ))

A King and a Jester... Tamaki rubbed the back of his neck, blushing, thinking about how he should respond to Kei. " Well, uh, I..." But then, she bumped into Kyouya. Seeing that she was in Kyouya's domain, he smiled and turned to Kei. " I just spun around with her." Mistuda's head snapped to Rina and Saki as he struck the final note to the song. " Who are you talking about?" He asked, puzzled. He walked over to them, his features returning to his regular look of half-disinterest and half-sleepiness. Tamaki turned to Kyouya and smiled. He then turned to Kei and clapped. " Beautiful job! You have a lovely voice! You should sing more!" He said, dreamily. He walked over to him and smiled, putting a hand on his shoulder, softly. " So, what did Mitsuda-san talk with you about?" He asked, blinking. Dans la même cour?

Bitterness brings sweetness You are Mine... "Spun her around?" Kei's smile grew, "You must have spun her quite a bit to get her that dizzy. To be honest with you, I've never seen Arisa-sama like that before. It's a bit amusing." He meant no ill-will in his comment. "Ha...But you know, she has the liberty to do that, same as you Senpai. I'm a little envious. I've never really had the freedom to act silly whenever I want." It had been expected of him to act as a gentleman where ever he went. It had been expected of his brother as well, yet his brother denied any such teaching and lived life his own way. Thus, all expectations were more or less tossed onto Kei instead. "I'm the second child that everone hopes does better than the first.""So, what did Mitsuda-san talk with you about?" "That was...he only asked me what I thought about Arisa-sama.""*** "Ah, yes, Thank you..." Arisa blushed involuntarily. It was embarassing that she had bumped, quite literally, into a former client. She took the seat and stared down at the table. Shoot. That must have left a bad impression on himThe moment she heard the Miyake name said, Arisa's head snapped up, causing a short wave of dizzyness. "Eh? You know Kei-chan?" Miyake was Kei's Family name.

A King and a Jester... " Oh? And what do you think, hm?" Tamaki teased, stroking his chin in fascination. " Is she an angel sent from heaven? Or maybe a devil to show you a wild side?" He bent close to Kei, smiling devilishly. Mitsuda smirked as he saw Arisa spin around. " Our apologies for Tamaki. He gets very passionate about fashion." He said, sliding his hands into his pockets, half enthusiastically. He whipped his head to the two hosts, Kei and Tamaki, and looked at them with drooping eyes. " And what are you two gibbering and jabbering about?" He blinked, sniffing at the same time. " Hm? Oh, rien..." Tamaki chuckled, while looking at Kei. He bumped his elbow. " Come on, you can tell me. I am the king, after all." He winked. Mitsuda sighed. " You know you don't lie very well..." He mumbled, rubbing the back of his neck. Dans la même cour?

Bitterness brings sweetness You are Mine... Angel? Devil? Wild Side? Kei couldn't help but let a rede blush cross his face. "I-I um...well-" Kei didn't know how to answer that question. An Angel? As in she was sweet and innocent? Innocent maybe, but she wasn't as sweet as Kei would have liked. Devil to show him the wild side? The two of them hadn't even gotten as far as holding hands(mainly due to Kei not really wanting to) so there was no wild side there. "I suppose the first one." It was as close as a definition to Kei's relations with Arisa. "My relationship with Arisa-sama is very...innocent. I wouldn't want to do anything yet. I'd rather wait until the wedding night..." Looking over at Mitsuda, Kei smiled gently, "Yes, he's not very good at lying is he?" then something occured to him. Ah! Mitsuda-senpai! Since we've been talking about my relationship, it would only be fair to ask you if you or Tamaki-senapi have ever been in a relationship outside of the host club!"

Ootorii/Hawagase Kyoya nodded his head once with a smile, and then poured her a cup of chamomile tea. "Here, this should help clear your head," he said simply, "This was imported from Germany, and is known for it's soothing effects." "Who's Kei-chan?," both girls asked at the same time, tilting their heads curiously, "Is she Miyake-san's daughter?" "Miyake-san didn't mention having a daughter though," Saki said a little nervously, furrowing her eyebrows in thought. "Hitomi-san said that she had two sons, but that was it," Rina said, staring off blankly in Kei's direction, "Hmm, this calls for some investigation." "This is Miyake Kei, known endearingly as Kei-chan," Kyoya said, pointing to the blonde host, who was currently talking to Tamaki and Mitsuda. ((For the first time in my life. I. Cannot. Wait. For. Summer. Vacation!))

Bitterness brings sweetness You are Mine... Arisa took the cup with a small smile before turning back to the twin girls in front of her. "Um, It's as Kyoya-senpai said...Kei-chan is a boy. And yes, Hitomi-chan only has two sons. Kei-chan...and....the other one." Arisa couldn't bring herself to say the boy's name. It brought a sickening taste to her mouth. And each time she had said it, if made her want to say something very unlady-like. Kei turned from his conversation to smile warmly at Arisa. "Come now, Arisa-sama. Kinzo-nii isn't that bad. He is a bit...forward, but he means no harm." Truth be told, Kei couldn't really stand his brother as well, but sometimes he had to endure it and make the best of it. Kei looked back to the two girls "Pleased to meet you, I'm Miyake Kei, I assume you know my mother?"He also gave a small smile to Kyoya, "And senpai...Just wondering, how do you get all your information? Some if it is really guarded closely."

A King and a Jester... Mitsuda's smile quickly turned for the worst, and he became furiously angry in posture and in eyesight. He marched up to Kei and spun him around, ferociously. " Listen, Kei!" He barked. " Don't you dare ask me such an ignorant question again!" He hissed, corrosively, through his teeth. " Mitsuda!" Tamaki snapped his fingers, glaring at Mitsuda with intensity. " What is the meaning of this?" He asked, his glare piercing Mitsuda's more primal feelings that shone on the surface. Mitsuda stared right back into the eyes of the king and sniffed. " Tu es fou! N'avez-vous pas entendu toutes les histoires de moi et Amelia?!" His eyes were half filled with tears. " Comment osez-vous m'appeler un imbécile! Je suis votre roi! Et vous allez me traiter comme tel!" Tamaki stormed to him, looking him right into the eyes. " Compris?!" They glared at each other for quite a while before Mitsuda, returning to his normal posture and eyesight, sighed. " Oui, oui, bien sûr ... Mes excuses." He took a deep breath before flipping around to Kei. " I do apologize. I had a relationship with a young girl named Amelia. I'm surprised you hadn't heard." He coughed into his hand. " But, anyway, I feel that it is only appropriate to inform you that we have since gone down our own paths and have since not seen each other. I suggest you not prod on the subject any longer." He twitched before quietly retreating to a small corner of the room, looking out the window at the main court of the school. He put a hand slowly to his cheek, blinking several times before he sighed. Dans la même cour?
