I usually name my charecter Link, or something to do with the IRA or Cathlic, but aside that I don't really care about the nickname...

usualy link but the first time i played i named him zelda cause i thought that was his name though it was a little girly lol

Moonlit_Orchid Winndy I usually name mine Rinku. But I've seen my friend's do weird ones. Like BUTT and NOPPY. xd Waaaait a second... Is that how you pronounce 'Link' in Japanese? (I know the letter 'l' is prounounced 'r'...)

I did that for awhile too, till I learned what Link's name is in japanese, now I always use that name.

I named him Link a couple times, then I got bored so I decided to think of different games, and instead of Link, I now name him after me, or banjo xd

I used to name him after me but then I thought that would just be weird so I just named him Link. XD
But I do have this funny story. I wanted my dad to play Ocarina of Time so I named Link: Dad and when Saria first comes up there saying: Hi, Dad! That was so funny! rofl

well aside from the ones where i can get cool stuff for giving him a specific name (ex. The Legend Of Zelda, by naming him ZELDA and the like), I too always named him Link! blaugh
