Yes, the Captain decrees new rules.
Male members must put a piece of paper on their car that shows their username.
Female members must pose naked in front of their cars to prove it's theirs.
Just trying to save the ladies the hassle of finding paper.

He WAS the owner... the owner that destroyed a once beautiful car... now I am the owner since he decided to buy himself a new vehicle and give the car to me... (shall I post the title in my name?)
