a bunch of guys that were "super soldiers" in a war who could supposedly kill people and animals by staring at them and other super powers and now they're a bunch of nutty old guys and this reporter guy interviews one and then his wife leaves him and he goes to war and meets more of them. it sounds like an action movie but its really funny and not gory or anything.
