Junako bared her fangs in a wide grin then leaped upon Silva, taking advantage of her laughing fit.

"Meow! Who's a scarf?!" she shouted, beginning to tickle her friend.

Silva giggled and pawed at the furry feline. She bit her neck and pulled to one side, hoping to get unpinned. A rough CRACK made her jump and she stared at Junako in shock.

"Please say that was you..."

"Sure, it was me." Junako lied, now standing and fully alert. Her eyes scanned the surroundings carefully, watching for any movement.

Silva took a few steps back, searching through the darkness for their unwelcome guest. Her paw landed on the fresh fish with a squish, making the young fox gag.

"Ew..." she whispered, sniffing at her hind leg and scrunching her nose. The scent would be stuck on her for days.

"Junako...lets just go..." she whispered urgently, the silence ensured that somewhere in the darkness someone or something was watching them.

Silva picked up the fish in her mouth, intending to leave.
