I sneak alot as well... but not EVERYWHERE... that would make traveling through the wilderness... It's quite similar to being over burdened all the time.

My favorite is the Winterized Combat Armor. I love the mask. plus, if you use the Gary-23 glitch, you can get the armor outside of the simulation. Then again, if your on computer, like me, you can just cheat. ;D

I play the PC version and have it heavily modded. The armor I wear the most is the Grey Fox Sneaking Suit from MGS. It has the same cloaking effect as the chinese stealth suit but it also comes with added weight lifting capacity. Plus, since it requires the Operation: Anchorage DLC it looks pretty cool to have Jingwei's Shock Sword equipped. Screenshots:
