Idk when But I think we should have a Captain's Meeting. That way all the Captains can talk together. Could Be about Akira. Also, Akira could hold a meetings with his "Underlings" too. xp

The Zanpaku-to Unknown Tales and the Meetings both sound like great ideas! ^-^ sweatdrop Darien Kuchiki, Squad 6 Vice-Captain has Muramasa, so he would be able to allow the Zanpaku-to spirits free, and I guess it would be optional if you want to fight it or not? sweatdrop Perhaps the Meeting Room could be set up for Captains and / or Vice-Captains in the Rukongai Forum and the Meeting Room for Akira and his followers to be placed in the "Heaven" Forum. sweatdrop Also all of Akira's Espada and Vizards are free to make their rooms in the "Heaven" Forum as well. ^-^ sweatdrop
