The Beatles are definitely more popular, but The Who had more musical talent and their songs were more meaningful. Even so its hard for me to decide but the Who wins out in the end!

I'd be inclined to say yes to that question.
The Who were individually a more talented band, and their live performances certainly outshine The Beatles' by miles and miles.
(Though, Queen was better than both of them. mrgreen )

(Though, Queen was better than both of them. mrgreen ) Agreed. Except for the Queen part, The Who and Queen are about equal, because they are both very great.

I said that half in jest, due to the vast variety of music genres and styles that Queen put out. They are both my very favorite bands. I love both of their music~
