I chose l4d2 because it has a better story and because u dont get annoyed when no one picks up pills cuz on the first one all u hear is pillz here and pills there

i perfer l4d2 better because it has better monsters you can fight also they modified the origional monsters and mad them better for example the witch

well l4d1 is a lot creepier than the 2nd but the 2nd is cool too it is funny and it has better graphics they both do but l4d2 has like better stuff like melee wepons nd stuff but i choose the equally

L4D2.
Although I like the characters from the original more, I still need my bat for melee. Thats why I'm glad they put No Mercy of L4D2.
Nothing better that Francis with a chainsaw. cool Suck it vampires.

I like left 4 dead's characters much more than the ones in part 2,and louis' dialouge for pills,but l4d2 has more weapons, more campaigns, more zombies, melee weapons, survival mode, scavenge, and Ellis.

L4D2 if you want to play as the L4D1 survivors then you should get The Sacrifice on L4D2 and you will get all the special infected, melee weapons and stuff and it's just awesome.

cassisRAD Alexisverycute63 cassisRAD I love them both, to be honest. But I have to go with L4D2. Why? There are a lot of reasons why. The main thing would be the melee weapons. Who doesn't love killing zombies with a friggin' frying pan? No one! Thats who. But I also prefer the original. Not only did the characters have true personalities (sorry, but Rochelle is like a personality-less tag-a-long); But the graphics and how eerie everything was really set the mood. Especially Blood Harvest. (There's also Hard Rain that's like Blood Harvest) yea it blood harvest is kinda of like Hard rain I got attacked by a Tank in the sugar cane field when we were heading back to the elevator. xD i made a witch and a tank mad and they started fighting then the witch won and killed me!!! XDXD

Well I prefer both because
L4D: I like the night matches and Francis
L4D2: They are funny Nick and Ellis n also the JOCKEY
If the sacrifice Bill would say "Mother Humper"

Though I LOVE both.......... I would have to go with L4D2 because of Ellis (+Keith) and the Weapons. The newer zombies make it more interesting. I still love the airport map in the first game.

i lOve both, but I think L4d2 is better since, there are new zombies like the spitter charger & jockey, that makes the game more challenging! And I love the Characters!! Ellis so funny! ^^ emotion_bigheart
