Besides rolling ... running with a parachute is a good workout by itself ...

Ok this might sound corny ... but babysitting is good cardio ... becuase you have highly energetic children ... and you are either running after them, running away from them ... or running with them on you ... and it's fun (to a cretain degree) ...

Heres a good way to boost cardio to the max, run at full speed for 4 mins, then walk 2 mins, then run 4 mins, then walk 2 then run 3 then walk 1 then repeat... interval running is awesome for cardio, also get up to a punching back and throw proper punches till fail, roll on the matts till fail, Swimming is great for cardio and flexibility try a few laps every few weeks.

my Basic day is like this.
-Run 12miles a day.
-60 push-ups, 5x sets of bench, 5x set of squats 5x set of chin-ups
-Sparring standup for an hour
-Bag and mitt work
-Sparring ground
-swimming ever 3rd or 4th day
-Interval running on treadmill, Biking 2km *different muscles*
-stretching before everything and before bed.

If you do this you will be a cardio machine.. I can fight 3 rounds of MMA like a joke atm pretty sure Im good for 5 rounds aswell

Good on ya. Not many people these days have the discipline to put themselves in that much pain for their own good.

I've been running up hills with heavy stones ... throw them over the hill ... then from there go after the same rock ... and repeat ... and these aren't small hills ... we are look at at least a 45 degree incline ...
