A soft tapping could be heard upon the ground as Jurei entered the summit. His long Kage attire draped over his body hung with a sense of deep elegance. His medium length brown hair was well kept beneath the kage hat. The red fire kanji burned against the white fabric that the robe was comprised of. His staff in hand he tapped lightly at the ground to locate his way. His blind eyes picked up many different powerful chakras, a true collection of fine shinobi indeed. "Greetings my fellow sirs." he said in a deep defining tone. He maneuvered his way to his seat and untied his hat and placed it in front of him while he sat, his ANBU close behind. His lightless red eyes seemingly staring into nothingness, when actually they were studying the chakra natures of those present. Something appeared different about Danzo's chakra in particular. You may be able to fake a face and posture, but faking chakra was monumentally difficult. He acknowledged those whom he knew prior to the summit. "Lord Agnikage........Danzo." he said respectfully acknowledging their previous engagements. He patiently waited for the rest of the summit to arrive.

Bouka Issun------------------o Head of the Issun Clano Tsuchikage; Lord of Rock, Blood, and Hand.["Who are you to judge me for who I am?"] Bouka nodded his head to the man who addressed him by his title. The kages were arriving quickly. It wouldn't be long until it started. He still sat silently. --------------- "Nice and Boring."

Outside the building, moving towards the doors a swarm of Chinese Mantis moved, hovering low to the ground. As the swarm grew closer it collected upon itself, localizing and becoming an opaque pillar of moving brown and green bodies. The swarm came together several hundred feet from the door forming the shape of a man, Kyuuji the Kusakage.
Of the formal kage robes Kyuuji wore only the hat with its three-quarter veil, covering the back of his head to his ears in the odd square pyramidal shape. His attire was his normal battle clothing with the tattered and frayed clothing formed of varying greens and browns. He was the picture of calm and humility. His clothing was not boldly shredded but more well-worn and respectable, like he had just come from some serious work. His face was relaxed and serene.
Smiling he passed the guards, who had identified him based off the hat, figuring that any impostor would be dead in moments of attacking the summit. Entering the large hall he had very little presence about him. In fact his natural humility made him seem almost meek in nature and weak. Yet his graceful, efficient movements In any case he proceeded to the round gathering hall and moved in front of the seat for the Kusakage. He bowed to everyone gathered and greeted them politely and simply, "Favor to you, fellow Kages."
Comfortably seated Kyuuji analyzed the room, memorizing all of its dimensions and scrutinizing the actions of everyone in the room. With polite glances and curious observation his eyes roamed from person to person, not that he was particularly paying particular attention to the one his eyes rested on. He made sure to continue to move his body to simulate the normal human restlessness, his paper body really didn't need to move but people get uneasy when someone is still for too long. To any sense of perception, Kyuuji was a normal person, his body was constructed to the point of being foolproof clones, even though it is an immensely intricate piece of interconnected origami papers. The only manner to discover his body's falsehood would to be to cut him open, where one would see that he does not bleed.
Quietly Kyuuji awaited the commencement of the meeting.

~Mizuni Tenshi, Angel of Lightning~
A small orb of light appeared, shining bright against the dull Land of Steel. It grew brighter and brighter until it vanished, leaving only Mizuni Tenshi, the Raikage, standing at the front door to the Kage summit. She was steel-faced, her eyes burning like black flame. She felt like crying again, knowing all those people had met their demise due to her innability to stop a demon.
She quietly adjusted her robe and hat, making sure they were in the most presentable way possible before adjusting her white mask. She had to make sure that she was completely veiled...Even in front of Takashi. She didn't want to seem weak in front of him...or any of the other Kages. The young woman could only hope that Tomomi and Rei would hurry up.

Ruii sighed as she emerged into the land of ash, her snow white eyes, the veins bulging around them, looking up at the building they had arrived at. Her eyes narrowed slightly as they registered the number of people inside, some of whom she recognized. The one who appeared to be Danzo she was instantly aware wasn't him, seeing as she had seen the real Danzo before. She also recognized the Agnikage, although she didn't know his name as such. There were in total five other Kages already there, which had her on edge, even without taking into consideration their guards. Sighing softly, knowing this could all go horribly wrong at a moments notice, she followed Jurei inside, taking a position behind him to the right, looking straight ahead but seeing everything with her white eyes. She had to bite her lip to resist the urge to make some smart a** comment under her breath.

Salome appeared in the area not far from the Agnikage. She stood at his right side despite the fact that he had left her and Xaoh speaking to a mere clone in place of where the snowball had flown. Still she wouldn't say anything until the meeting was over with. The only thing she did was stand and watch the newcomers show up from each of the other countries. She was surprised most of them had made it.
"I hope the general is on his way. With things the way they are now, I'm sure these guys want to avoid staying away from their villages for too long."
She had no worries about Agnigakure. The country itself welcomed violence and would pleasantly greet something like a bijuu with open arms, despite the turmoil the bijuu might bring onto the village. But even so the people of Agnigakure were used to war and they were hardy. War had shaped their personalities and their perspectives of the world.

Slowly the Kazekage made way into the room, The perfect flesh puppet of him wore the Kazekage robes and hat, and was the only thing to walk in with an unhidden face at that. Its perfect Human quaility mimiced that of an annoyed or space out expression. The expression would show off allot of tension and the left eye was wide as if in rage or offense, the Purple eye used for his doou-jutsu's heald the other emotions pushing off of Shyuko. Following the perfect flesh puppet were Four Robed figures, One was Shyuko himself simply doing his Kazekage assistant role. The other three were flesh puppets, their details hidden by the robes so none could know what was really beneath the robes. All four extra figures wore black robes with red lines leading from a bloodied puppet hand desighned into them.
The Kazekages flesh puppet replacement sat down in the chair for the Kazekage, practically ignoring the Other Kages as Shyukos want to be here was incredibly low, The real him scowled underneath its shawl as it stood back with the other four puppets, his hands hidden in large sleeves, his face covered, his identity happily a mystery, as the Flesh puppets retained thier origional chakra making discerning the real person if a fake was noticed, to still be very hard. When The KAzekages flesh puppet sat down in his place, it started to drum its fingers on the table, IT would be a perfect human If it had its own soul was a thought to pass through Shyukos mind as he made it appear human as usual. the Kazekage indicated that one or two other people who were asked to come allong would be in the building shortly.

The unmoving Yondaime Agnikage remained in his original posture, despite the arrival of the other kages. His fingers remained gently pressed together. He returned a respectful nod to each of those kages who had greeted him. Beyond that, he would remain still until the general showed up for the meeting. Trivial things such as the real identity and the things that were off about him were minor. As long as the man behaved correctly during the meeting, he had no problem. Both advisers of the Agnikage showed the same amount of attention towards the speculation surrounding the man. What did perk his interest was how the other countries had fared off against the bijuu. It served as a decent measure in their strength depending on the beast they held their own against.
"No worry Salome. I'm sure they've made accommodations before attending the meeting.
He reassured her. There was no doubt that the villages were on their jobs and already making arrangements with other villages for aid and assistance. For the villages that weren't on their jobs, these attacks should have served as a wake up call for them. These beasts had attacked these four countries simultaneously, which meant it was a systematic attack and it wouldn't be the last. If any of these kages treasured their villages, the best thing for them to do was recruit more shinobi if they were low on some and train them along with their already existing ones well. There was no telling what could happen next. It was only on these occasions that he showed any slight concern for the villages around him. Without him, there would be no one else to clash against and it would defeat the purpose of a shinobi world.
"The only I can suggest is that, if they are short on manpower they'd better change up the game plan if they treasure their villages and people."

"Sorry for my lateness, Kusakage-sama..." Sojiro walked in and stood behind his village leader, quickly and quietly stating his apology. Its not like he could of been there any sooner. He couldn't teleport via Origami insectoids. After a moment of standing there, he wondered where Shigatsu was at. She was right behind him. Another point struck him. Why was he supposed to guard the Kusakage with Shigatsu, when Kyuuji was obviously a clone? If anything, he and the other girl would be the ones in danger.

A row of stairs lead up to a door that was on a second floor. As this door opened a man about the same age as Kazumei would walk out of the door and close it behind him. This man didn't say anything as he walked down the stairs. His clothes where different from most he kept two short blades in there sheaths at his waist when he walked down the stairs with his hands in his pockets and a toothpick in his mouth. As the man came down the stairs he motioned his eyes to everyone in the room and didn't say anything to anyone around. As he made it to the last step he motioned for his men to surround the area and to guard it with there lives. As the man did this he was halfway to his chair in the center of the room. Yet at the same time there was also a open space to the circle of kages that allowed him to make it to his chair in the center of the circle. This chair symbolized his neutral part in the shinobi world. As he stood by his chair he motioned the tooth pick in his mouth to the right side from the left side.
"Alright everyone its about time that we start this meeting. If anything I will introduce myself first. Im Zeke Sataka. Im apart of the family that once ruled the Shadow Village over 200 years ago. Now im am just a neutral party to all of the villages."
After Zeke introduced himself his eyes shifted from the Hokage towards the Agnikage. In which he smiled and didn't say anything to him at all. At the same time he noticed Xaoh and Salome which from the looks of everything Zeke must have knew the Flame ninjas. At that moment people could say it would fall infavor of the Flame Village but, unlike Kazumei, Xaoh, and Salome. The rest of the kages and there advisors or bodyguards didn't know Zeke all that well. Zeke then said to Kazumei as he waited before sitting down.
"How is the Flame Village doing since the fall of the Shadow Village."

Bouka Issun------------------o Head of the Issun Clano Tsuchikage; Lord of Rock, Blood, and Hand.["Who are you to judge me for who I am?"] The Tsuchikage watched the man enter and stand at the center of the room, dark eyes and black hair sprouting from underneath his Death Mask which was only set to cover half of his face. His robe was open, revealing his chest, muscles rippling as he shifted to sit up in his chair, listening to the man adressing the Hokage. Gold tattoos adorned his chest and areas hidden by the heavy cloth. His Kage hat hang gently from the arm rest of his chair, Tentou and Zenjai behind him. Bouka hadn't spoke a word since entering, looking and calm and relaxed but was wondering if any of the villages held grudge or suspicion for escaping the attacks. --------------- "Nice and Boring."

Xaoh looked at Zeke he noticed that Zeke was the same person who ran the Shadow Village before it was destroyed. Xaoh knew that this was only person who knew Kazumei just as good as Salome and himself. As Xaoh looked at him he knew this was a meeting was going to be very importan to have Zeke come out and speak to the Kages like this. Xaoh looked at Zeke then turned his head and looked at Salome. Xaoh then spoke to Salome in a low tone where only Kazumei, Salome, and himself would know.
"Salome do you think he will reveal to everyone exactly how the Shadow Village was destroyed."
Xaoh then looked back at Zeke and stood there with his hands in his pockets. As Xaoh did this he looked around at all of the kages, he looked at all of the body guards and even all of there advisors. It seemed that every Kage was ready for anything. After what Sasuke did to the Kage summit when the original 5 great kages came to the summit. This time it was different Zeke had this placed each of his men at positions he knew they would attack if they wanted to. Then again if Zeke wasn't ready would be thats what Xaoh thought to himself.

I.P.C. The old Takikage, Benkei Masame, was known for many things, but arriving in a timely manner was never one of them. If the old kage were to race the old turtle, the turtle would win by a landslide. Yes, never has there been such a long lived example of haste making waste ever been documented. Even in his own village, the old kage is often teased by the younger children for his tardiness, but he can only laugh along with them due to the truth of the matter. Surely enough, keeping to his slow nature, the Takikage would finally make his appearance as he made his way into the summit building. There he would take his time at the entrance, peering around at his fellow kages from underneath the cover of his great straw sakkat. "Greetings my fellows, I am sorry for my frequent tardiness at these little meetings" As he always has, and probably always will. " I give my condolences to my fellow kages of the unfortunate village which suffered their great loss to the great beasts of strife." With another nod the old kage would slowly, ever so slowly, make his way towards his designated seat, his old gnarled staff thumping against the wood every so often until finally coming to a rest. In one slow motion, Benkei would sit himself down in a relaxed manner, leaning his staff up against his shoulder with one hand as the other trailed down to his drinking flask. "Should I have missed anything, could one please update me on what has been discussed as thus far?" Takeing a steady drought from his flask, Benkei would set it carefully upon his lap as he gave his nose a slight itch. By this point, if any were to notice, the kage seemed to have came on his own, but then again it was only by appearance.
