"It's fine," Trace said, chuckling. He sat down next to her, and laughed. "It's nice to be away from everything, huh?" he asked, and smiled.

She nodded. "Quite. The one thing I love about this place, is that it's not based on technology. It's nice to be able to see the stars and hear the nature in things every once in a while..." She sighed contently.....

Trace looked up. He hadn't even thought about the stars or anything. But there they were, twinkling bright in the night sky, the endless darkness just behind them. "Wow..." he said, laying on his back as he stared in awe at the sky.

"To me, they're as many as the descendants on this planet. A lot. I'd say a little over a billion, probably more." She looked over at Trace, as he enjoyed the night he had.....

Joslyn sighed, whispering to Trace. "Doesn't seem like we're ever going to be alone at this rate..." She looked up at the girl she'd never met before. "Kind of...but we're just talking..." She pursed her lips.....

Trace sighed, then chuckled and sat up. "Yeah. Just... Talking," he said, grinning at Joslyn. "For now," he whispered quietly, winking at her mischievously.

"Um, okay then..." She playfully shoved Trace, as she stood up. "Nice cover, by the way." She laughed, looking up at the moon, shining brightly over the lake.....
