As Kobushi threw he paper bombs, Taka leapt into the air and the bombs ignited and the explosion rose barley an inch from Taka's feet. He could feel the intense warmth from the explosion run up his legs. He tossed down a flash bomb and a smoke bomb. He raised an arm up over his eyes to sheild from the blinding light as it set off. And when he landed back on the ground, he was masked in a cloud of smoke. The Jounin used to cover of this smoke to create handseals without Kobushi noticing a thing. When the smoke cleared, Taka stood with his hands stuffed lazily into his pockets, grinning at Kobushi. "Good move. You nearly got me with that one, Kobushi! But come. Let the match continue." He did not move from his place and stretched out his hand and made a beckoning motion to the Genin, signaling him to come and attack him.

Kobushi rose his arm to block most of the flash, he still got a little in his eyes. It was only enough to blind him until the smoke was mostly cleared. "He's up ta somethin'" he thought.
Kobushi laughed a little as he started to form handsigns. "A've seen it enough to fake it," he though as he finished. He extended his right hand behind him as a genjutsu made it appear as if much of his chakra was gathering in it. Hope it works. Kobushi thrusted his hand forward as the illusionary ball of chakra flew from it. "Chakra Cannon!" he shouted before falling to his knees soon after to make the act more convincing. A few people knew that Kobushi was Manndar's student, and something like this wouldn't be totally out of the question. That was the logic behind the feign.

Taka almost jumped out of the way of the blast, but then realized something... The Chakra Cannon was an extremly powerful move, one that Genin wuld not be able to use. Not to mention the fact that Taka had seen Kashin use it and tried to get him to teach it to him, but Kashin simply said "The one who taught this to me instructed me not to teach it to others..." It was a good trick that would have deffinatly worked if it werent for those two tid-bits of information. Taka raised two fingers and grinned. "Release." The ball of chakra disappeared as soon as it made contact with Taka's stomach.
"You were so close, kid... But you've wsted your move and now it's my turn." Taka charged at Kobushi. The closer and closer he got, the more and more obvious it was to see that he was glowing a very light purple. This was the jutsu Taka had previously used. He cocked pack a fist, going for an extremly obvious punch, one that he knew Kobushi would be able to dodge. There was no follow-up and there would be no physical counter. Just this single punch.

Kobushi smiled when he saw the expression that Taka first had on his face when he saw the genjutsu. Possible future use, just as long as they're not from around here.
The gennin jumped back to his feet and reeled up for a punch. He was going to meet Takayuki's attack head on.

Kobushi didn't dodge Taka's attack and was instead struck in the face. Even though Taka wanted Kobushi to dodge the attack and strike him with one of his own, it didn't matter as the outcome would be the same. When Taka's fist connected with Kobushi's skin, thats when the first part of Taka's jutsu came into play. The jutsu was called Sougon Soroi[Gravity Suit]. When the jutsu is activated, Taka's body begins to relase gravitational chakra and then absorb it back through his chakra pours, recycling the chakra. When an opponent comes into contact with the "suit", by means of striking Taka, the attack does not connect as the gravitational force of the suit pushes the attack away. Also, in the current case where Taka struck Kobushi, the force would blast him back several feet for increased damage. It was Taka's greatest defence because of the offensive properties it possessed.

As the "Gravity Suit" started up, Kobushi could feel his fist being pushed away from Taka's face. With the gravity-assisted returning blow, the gennin was knocked back twenty feet, and rolled another fifteen upon hitting ground. He got back up to his feet and cracked his neck and back. Kobushi looked at Taka and said "Right. Fergot there'r gravity users." He took a stance bracing himself for an upcoming attack. "Explains why it felt like I was fallin' sideways."

Taka smirked and raised his arms. "I'm gonna step this match up a bit, see how you keep up. Don't let your gaurd down, eh?" He clasped his palms together and then started a chain of handseals. "Yōton - Kazangan Heki!" Taka inhaled deeply, puffing his chest out as far as it could go. Upon exhaling, a burst of condensed lava emerged from his throat and headed right at Kobushi.

As soon as he noticed what Taka had spat our at him, Kobushi dove to his right, rolling back to his feet for the landing, and dashed backwards. He unclipped one of the pad-like protrusions on his jacket, and a unusually large packet of paperbombs slid out into his hand. "Uaah!" Kobushi grunted as he lobbed the explosive seal tags eight feet behind his opponent.

Taka stopped his attack the second he noticed Kobushi dodge out of the way. He clasped his hands together and began creating handseals. 'Souton - Suingu Dama no Jutsu [Gravity Release - Sling Shot Skill]...' He opened his left hand flat and a small orb of gravitational pressure soon formed in the palm of his hand. As the paper bombs grew closer Taka smirked. Within a few feet of Taka, the bombs were attacted to the ball of gravity and came ever closer and closer until the orb shot out a rope-like apendage, grabbing onto the bombs, and swinging them around until they were launched back at Kobushi at a higher velocity than when originaly thrown. The orb then vanished and Taka began to charge at Kobushi, reaching into a small bag he kept on his side at all times.

Kobushi's eyes widened when he saw the paperbombs reflected back at him. Oh man... Hope this works, he thought. Quickly, he clapped his hands together and formed a sequence of handsigns. If failure was the result, Kobushi was prepared to make a mad-dash out of there.
((I'll leave the success or failure of his trick up to you. Trying to subsitue with Taka.))

Kobushi's substitution attempt had failed. It would have worked if Taka had never been used as a substitution before. Kei had substituted himself with Taka in the past and Taka wasn't going to let it happen twice. The second Taka felt Kobushi's chakra enter his personal space, he emited his own defencive chakra to fight it off. In a quick puff of smoke, it would seem as if Kobushi's idea had worked but alas, they both stood in their spots. Taka smirked as he reached behind him and pulled a long curved dagger from his belt. "Nice try, Kobushi. But you'll have to do better." He began walking slowly towards Kobushi, pacing himself to see his next move.

With the substitution attempt resulting in a failure, and the huge batch of paperbombs coming his way, Kobushi leaped to his right. He curled to roll back to his feet and ran to the edge of the detonation's range. The shockwave of the blast knocked him down, but did little more.
The gennin picked himself up and turned to Taka as he began to walk foreward. "I s'pose you're right," Kobushi replied as he unzipped his coat. Strapped to his torso were five belts. He un-did two of them and held them from his left hand. Tied to the belts were six packets of paperbombs much like the one before. "I will 'ave ta do better." He activated both belts and flung one of them at Taka. As it drew near, it exploded into a cloud of thick smoke as Kobushi swapped himself with the belt. As soon as he appeared, the gennin dropped the second belt and substituted again with the first belt, as its "fuse" reached its end.

Taka leapt back a few feet as Kobushi threw the first belt. Kobushi had caught his a little off gaurd as he swaped places with belt and tossed the other one. It exploded in his face. Taka had landed and attempted to jump back again, but explosion knocked him off of his feet and pushed debret into his body. He landed on his back and quickly rolled to his feet. "Thats what I'm talking about, Kobushi!" He spit out a little blood as a rock his smacked him in the mouth and busted one of his lips.
He created a series of handseals and charged at Kobushi. "My turn! Yōton - Soutei Hashira (Magma Release - Binding Pillars)!" Taka slammed his palms to the ground and channeled his chakra to Kobushi's heat signature. In moment,s the ground shook violently as four pillars of magma burst through the earth and tried to wrap themselves around Kobushi. Kubushi would have to be quick to evade, otherwise he would be cought and face some serious burns.
