For future reference, it's polite (and generally expected) that when one asks for banners, they host said banners themself. I donated banners, NOT my photobucket account's bandwidth. It's not a problem any longer, but I do think you should be aware of that.

Its not just that it my own personal ethics..... I do not host other art of any kind that isnt mine because it is not mine to controll.

What if someone changed that file to something graphic instead? Then you would have a problem on your hands.

Think of it this way.....
If some one wants to leave or they get banned and they have contributed a sig and/or banner, they can take it with them. If I were to have them I or anyone could be mean and keep there sigs and call them my own... it is a liabilty thing.
