Mantotsu began laughing as the shop owner screamed behind the wolf Nartzu had just created from his jutsu. It was a funny sight to watch but he didn't think the guy actually took him seriously. To avoid wasting his efforts, he snagged the sake from the wolf and pocketed the bottle in his holster. He would have had a drink with the guy but duty was duty and Nartzu would more than likely get in trouble for drinking on duty if anyone reported him to the council while the Agnikage was gone. Just before Mantotsu could say something to Nartzu, he noticed the snow leopard was still next to his leg. Mantotsu placed his palm on the leopard's head and rubbed it gently. Suddenly his gentle rub would tighten into a constricting grip around the leopard's head and with a great yank he broke the leopard's neck, leaving it's limp body to waste at the gates of the village. With that he signaled a guard not far from him, causing the man to come running to over to where the leopard lied.
"I just found him like that, maybe the heat got to it." He lied. As the guard struggled away with the dead leopard, Mantotsu brought his attention on Nartzu. "Just to let you know, I've never really took the time for a drink. But maybe we could have one after a sparring match sometime."((Yeah he could have been just a bit more original with the post than copying and pasting. Especially in a village like the Flame.))

Moments later, Atraeyu would come hopping through the branches of the Crystal Forest. His blade was gripped in his left hand as he dragged it across each leap. He had no opinions whatsoever about the shimmering branches nor the design of the forest. It had only been simply another jutsu in his eyes to assist them in their battles. As he leaped across the branches he stumbled upon one not far from Nartzu and gave short glance towards the man who was obviously drinking judging from the strong smell of Sake coming from the ground. Nodding in disapproval, he continued through the forest where he would eventually land on the ground with a small thud. Looking up, he noticed his cousin Mantotsu who ironically had a sake bottle at the bottom of his holster.
"If I see any of you drinking on duty again, I'll have each you reported directly to the council themselves. This is your first warning."
With that he slung the b*****d sword around his back into it's sheath behind his back. There was nothing further to say to these Flame Shinobi, and perhaps they took the job way too lightly. He cared not for whatever excuses or explanations they had. Simply put they had broken rules and that was the end of it. Anything else he would return a deaf ear towards. Atraeyu was known for annoying sense of duty sometimes and could be blind by it at times as well, often risking everything for the sake of duty. In his eyes everything was played by the rules, and anyone who didn't would deal with the consequences.

Toshi leaped through the crystal forest's treetops as he entered through the village gates. Once he landed, he would land on a crystal tree not far from Nartzu. Looking down below where Atraeyu walked, he couldn't hear his exact words but he could tell that he was scorning Nartzu and Mantotsu. Toshi couldn't help but laugh at these guys. He also noticed the dead leopard being carried away by one of the guards below. No doubt it was killed by Mantotsu who approached things in a charming manner. This guy was bad news for any enemy with a soft side because he took advantage of it and it was too bad the snow leopard had failed to see that. Not that he expected this simple minded animal to even understand.
"Well I guess it's time for me to report in or maybe get some noodles first. It's been a hell of a day and I'm starving."
He said continuing towards the ramen shop. The shop owner looked a bit suspicious when he first approached. More than likely an incident had occurred recently or the show owner had just been a bad mood. Once he ordered his mean, the bowl of noodles was rolled over to his side and he couldn't help but dig into the bowl of beef and noodles.

Small leaves and bits of loose plant life began to swirl about before taking the image of a man. He was dressed in a lavender kimono with a large purple waist tie reminiscent of those who dwelled in the land of Rice Fields. His mid length white hair fell to his shoulders and made little movement as he walked towards the village gates. He approached one of the guards and bowed his head respectfully. "I am Kaguya Akumu. I come with an important message from Lord Danzo of Otogakure for Lord Agnikage. May I be permitted to enter?" he asked respectfully remaining a calm composure.

Takashi leaped through the treetops of the crystal forest that Nartzu had thrown up earlier. It was a bit stupid if you asked him to keep the darn thing up. All was well and business had already been taken care of. After picking up the strong scent of sake, it wasn't hard to tell reason for the extended activation of the Nartzu's forest. The probably could barely where he was less on figuring out when to deactivate his technique. Passing Nartzu who up in the forest, the only thing Takashi did was shrugged as he continued towards the gates in which the guards freely permitted him through.
"This Nartzu guy is pretty lame. He can't even defend his own self less on defending a village."
Takashi passed the guards up and almost didn't notice the mist shinobi behind him. It was obvious that he was of Kaguya lineage with the two circular markings above his forehead.
"The Agnikage's not here. We'll deliver your message once he comes back."
Takashi said. He didn't feel like messing around with visitors today so he headed straight for the Ashitaka District. exit

A ninja appeared at the gates. He carried with him a box. His headband had the Sound insignia on it along with a typical Otogakure clothing. He had short black hair, average skin tone, dark brown eyes, and seemed to be peaceful. He had a peaceful aura around him and did not even seem to be carrying any dangerous item. The man reached the gates and spoke in a loud, deep voice. "I have a message from the Land of the Sound to the Agnikage. I swear I pose no threat and what is in this box is strictly classified. If he is not here, I will wait. Please open the gates and escort me, this is important." The man took a slow seat on the ground cross-legged. He seemed to be very spiritual, almost like a monk. He began to meditate as he waited.

Mantotsu walked over to the boy and analyzed the box. This was an odd occurrence. Usually some appointment was made for deliveries or audiences with the Agnikage. Something about this seemed fishy, however Mantotsu carried the box anyways. He was already waiting on news for his new upcoming mission and the last thing he wanted to be caught up with was playing delivery boy. The last time he checked, there weren't any scheduled appointments or any shinobi that the Agnikage or his advisers were expecting. Despite his peaceful look, Mantotsu would escort the man inside anyways. Not because of the look, but because he was interested in seeing the man torn to shreds by the Agnikage should the boy try something suspicious.
"On one condition. Mind yourself, and speak well in front of the Agnikage. Follow me."
Mantotsu said as he turned away and lead the boy deeper into the Flame Village. The Flame Nets were deactivated at Mantotsu's signal and the guards that guarded the way would part. He gave a nod to Nartzu who had been analyzing the gates as well, before entering. It was lucky that Mantotsu had seen this guy first, otherwise Nartzu would have given him the hard welcoming.
"May I ask who is the message from?" His voice took on a more serious tone.

The man quietly followed the Anbu and nodded at his request to respect the kage. When asked about the message, he paused a bit before coming up with an answer. "I was not told who it was from since it was so classified. With the recent attacks on the village we've been low on Anbu in the sound and so I have been asked to reach the Agnikage and tell him the information presented. I am not allowed to tell anyone else about this information said the cloaked figure who ordered me. It was obvious however, he was part of the Sound Council."

A burst of water exploded in the area as Xaoh would now be seen standing ontop of the gate. Xaoh looked around to see a ninja talking to Mantotsu. Mantotsu was one of the men that he was going to bring with him on the mission. Xaoh just watched and then said to the Mantotsu as he ignored the man all together.
"Hey Mantotsu would you like to go with me and Rengoru on a mission. I can say we won't be back to the village for some time so you might wnat to bring some things with you."
As Xaoh said that he waited for Mantotsu to speak. Xaoh also waited for the others that were going to be joining them on the mission to come. Rengoru was one of those people who was going to join him. Yet the details of the mission would be told once they all got to the gates. Xaoh then turned his head and looked at ninja as he said to him.
"Tell me what it is that you want to tell the Kage Sound Shinobi."

 He ran and landed on a branch not too far from the gate and stopped and grabbed his things. He safely secured his things to his back and jumped to the steps that was leading out of the village. He landed gently as he walked up the steps to see Xoah. He landed and waved to signal for the head count. "I guess your the squad leader. Im ready for the mission. As I could see you are as well?", said Rengoru as he squeeze the straps of his pack for food and supplies. "I'm ready to be briefed."

He shaked his head. "My mission was to tell the Agnikage the information. I will not betray my village and fail the mission by telling anyone else. Understand that I am a man of my word and I swore on my life that I would accomplish this mission and tell noone but the Flame kage himself about what I was told." The man was not yelling or angry, he was simply explaining. He certainly did seem like a monk of some sort...

By the time they the other two flame shinobi had showed up, Mantotsu had already walked in close of enough distance to point to the direction of the Agnikage's building. The building was a few miles in the distance. Short enough for walking distance if the man was up to it. But he wouldn't allow the man to go unescorted. On the other hand he had a mission at hand. Bringing the man to the Agnikage's office was time consuming, and he didn't have time for it. Added to the fact that the man wasn't giving up any information, Mantotsu's next choice would be made easily.
"Sorry, but I'm on a mission and you didn't really schedule a visit for the Agnikage from the start. You'll have to make an appointment with him if you wish to see him."
Now that this had been taken care of, he was ready to be briefed on the mission. Though it would be best to be briefed somewhere outside of the village or away from where the sound shinobi was for obvious reasons.

Xaoh sighed as he knew that Kazumei wouldn't be found easily because of his lack of staying in his office. As Xaoh remembered that he jumped off the gate and landed on the ground with the scroll of there mission in his right scroll pocket. Xaoh then looked back at Rengoru and Mantotsu and said to them.
"We will go ahead. We will meet the other two at the Spiral Mountain Range in the Rock Country. From there we will have our debriefing on the mission and what we have to do. Trust me we won't fail."
As Xaoh said that he smiled and started walking away from the village and headed towards the Rock Country. From there it was anyone's ball game. The people that these Flam Shinobi were after had better be quick about everything they had to do or they would end up on the short end of the stick. Then again the Flame Shinobi were ready for anything that would come there way.

Rengoru stared at the scroll which Xoah had and listen to the instructions. "Well so much for just a walk in the park", thought Rengoru as he smiled to and grabbed his bags. And strapped it up for the journey and began walking outward of the Flame Village.He looked up and the sun was high compare to what it was that morning and the grass blades blew and waved with the wind. -Exit-

A large hawk landed in on the village gate but circled before landing on the stoop of the gate. The letter was waiting for the other stragglers of the mission. The letter read:
Squad Leader
- Xoah Mushou
:
We have headed to the mountain range. In the rock country; Rengoru has the needed supplies for the mission. We'll be on the move stay alert and safe.
