Masarus' body forms from a pool of water beside the Mizukage, his physical appearance invoke details upon the jutsus' completion. His sword hung from his left shoulder, bandages, with a skull adorning the hilt. Samehada was a foreboding blade. Masaru flashes his serrated teeth, a trait among the seven swordsman of the mist to entail.
“Forgive the lateness, Mizukage…my mission took a bit longer than expected.”
He spoke with a slightly arrogant tone as his eyes spared the appearance of the rooms occupants for a moment.
Formalities would have to wait, as Masaru did not wish to impede any discussion the figure heads were having.

Shorui turns and then looks back at the two kages while waving his hand.
'' It's okay have a seat Masaru, It's just about our brother villages. They seem to be having trouble with some Shinigami. Ya see they've been invading the Kazekage's village. They also attempted to do so on us but our forces are more ruthless and powerful then they are.''
He said calmly sitting in his seat quietly after with his legs crossed bopping his foot on his shin of the leg that it was on and tapping his chair.
