The boy smiled a little, "I'm sorry, I found your 'nice rack' to be the most interesting about you...did you say something?" he joked and then put his hands in his pants and shrugged off his attempt at humor. Sighing he gave her offer thought and nodded slowly, "...I guess it couldn't hurt. People with power alone are usually tyrants. I honestly don't plan on being one so perhaps it's for the best...after you." gestured Aran.

Ally put her hair up in a pony tail and put the spandex-shorts on over the lower half of her swim suit. She smiled up at him and nodded. "Where to then, Aran?" she asked, walking ahead of him slightly back toward his book.

He followed her and shrugged, "Wherever you feel most comfortable...your dorm, mine, the library..." he rattled off a few places.

She nodded. "If you don't mind me doing some homework...we can try my dorm?" she suggested, stopping at the stairs and playing with the band on her shorts.

Aran glanced down towards the band of her shorts, pondering what spurred the small action. The thought of socializing with other people brought a flood of interesting questions concerning the fine details of others especially the girl who now assisted in his new knowledgeable pursuit. Or at least he assumed as much glancing back up to her, "I don't mind at all. I can help you even, a fair trade for your help?"

She smiled and nodded, climbing up the stairs. "Sure, that sounds gre--" she stopped and frowned. "Trade for my help? How did I help you?" she asked curiously. All she'd done was get him out of the pool. She looked puzzled.

"Didn't you say you were going to teach me about girls or something?" he asked, arching a brow. "I figured you'd help me understand other people better..." Aran gave a slight laugh.

Her face lit up. "Oh! I could... I was just hinting that it should. But sure, I'd love to help." she smiled, still fiddling with her waistband. She brought him to her room's door. The door wasn't close to the others, in fact it seemed to be isolated it was so far from the other doors. Ally gripped the and hesitated. "Before we go inside, you should know something so you don't freak out........" she sighed. "I live in a tank." she mumbled, embarassed.

He shrugged, "I lived in a shack with 9 other people. I don't think you have much to be embarrassed about." he shrugged and smiled to her. Glancing around, he pondered to himself why she would be alone, isolated from the other dorms.

Ally took a deep breath and opened the door. She led him into her room and the door shut. As they stood in the dark, the room filled with blue light. As the lights came up, it was more aparent that the walls were round at the cieling was too, the room was a bubble. It was quite large, with a large bed in the middle and a desk, a computer, drawers, books, a vanity, two large clothing bureaus. Quite extensive. After the lights came up all the way, there was still a blue tint to everything. But there seemed to be things blocking the light and moving around. There were hundreds of colorful fish swimming the the water outside of the room. Ally looked meekly back at Aran. "This is it..." she said shyly, looking embarassed.

Eric had left the pool a short while before the other two and sat in his dorm, the door partially open and music blaring through headphones in his ears as he tried to be as normal as possible, his eyes were closed and he laid on his bed day-dreaming, wanting to be a normal human... Maybe his parents could accept him then? And his friends, he missed everyone... He'd forgotten his jacket at the pool, but it wasn't a very big deal... Not like it was winter or anything, he'd get it later. The boy yawned a bit as he slowly began to drift off into a sleep, the posters on his walls of random bands, paintings and things all made him feel more at home... He'd only recently gotten here, a couple weeks back, maybe a month. Eric had lost count a few days back.

"Huh. You do live in a tank...I was sure for a moment I was going to need a...scuba suit or something..." mumbled Aran, stroking his chin as he glanced around. It was definitely an interesting sight, the boy walking further into the room and looking around with intrigue and a little amazement, "I've only seen the pictures in books...it's nice to get a look at something close to the real deal..." Quietly he started mumbling to himself the names of the fish (both scientific and common), challenging himself to categorize each before they could swim away. After a few he caught himself, the fish incidentally leading his eyes back to the girl and he coughed, "Anyway, I think now is a nice time to start?"

Ally nodded and walked to her desk and took her 'World Biology' book off of it with the notebook she kept for the class. "I just have some questions to answer." she said, sitting on her bed with a pen. "You can make yourself comfortable anywhere." she said sweetly, smiling up for a second as she read the questions on the sheet she'd been given. She appeared to be in deep though as the fish began to swim faster and seem confused. The water had begun to spin around the bubble. Ally didn't realise that she's been doing it, but she did twirl her hair on her finger slightly as she chewed on her pen. "What do you think is the term to define social living groups in which both groups benefit from eachother's exsistance?" she asked curiously, flipping through the book.

Aran found no problem sitting on the bed, nodding to the girl and taking his eyes to the tank again. The professor seemed awfully generous with her unique home but it bothered him none. On the contrary, it sparked his interest further: were they good friends? Perhaps with the family? Did she need this tie to the sea? Why would he waste this sum of many on a single student? Her question brought him back from his thoughts and he shook his head, "Umm...Mutual Symbiotic Partnership." he retained his focus on her again, hoping she didn't think too much of his spacing out.

Ally nodded. "Right...right..." she wrote an answer and kept thinking. She read some material and without noticing it, the glass began to ice up slightly with a thin layer of frost. Then, the text she was reading began to appear in the frost. She shivered and kept reading. She set the book down and stood up. "I'm a tad cold, I think I'll change." She walked over to her dressers and began to look through them.
