yeah i think you need to have at least some story progress before anything online is available

which is really lame, because i just did some storyline and gained 3 levels on the first screen, and then another 5 throughout the level.
how are we gonna do this? I mean, we can go to areas on WiFi before we do anything else, and we can beat the crap outta stuff, but we can't do any missions...

yeah, my buddy Noah got the game before me, so he was farther in the story, but when we played online, i got to play on levels he's been on
