Can i be a State Alchemist? S.A.s get to have more freedom and less paper work. Or so i've noticed from watching FMA.

Name: Ivan Underwood
Desired 'call name': Frost Alchemist
Age: 23
Apperence: His hair was naturally white from the day he was born. He has pale blue eyes and a light complexion.
Discription: He is apathetic and cold, the very embodiment of the ice-based alchemy he specializes in. He is well skilled in using water to create ice and can even fashion weapons out of ice, such as swords and knife. A transmutation circle drawn on the palm of his gloves and capsules of water that he carries around all assist in his alchemy.

As a small group of military solider's (us) make there way in to town for a important mission, we hear sounds of gun shots and explosions all around us happening all around us and different times. There is no one around.
"We have very little knowledge of this area, everyone be careful and have one partner with you at all times, then spread out and return here in 30 minutes. Got it everyone?"
