They're pretty chill about flings and stuff. Just so long as both parents-to-be are okay with it and the kids get looked after.

No, there aren't any breeding rules, including flings with outsiders. Although they'd either have to meet while he was on duty near the border, or she was visiting the pack - hard to do, if you don't know where the entrance is.
Hm. Speaking of MR, I need to fix up the threads and do some solo RPs between Harar and Arbalète. Not 100% sure if they'll stay together or not, though. It'll just be fun to shake things up a little, especially for Arbalète, who's always so sure of herself. >3
