What is Christian love?
  A lie
All believers are called to love at a deep and selfless level. It's not a feeling, but a lifestyle.
Something that should be distrubuted to everyone.
  A warm fuzzy feeling inside.

Ah, but what if you live as a christian all your life, bi or homo, and never know what you're doing is wrong? If you have devoted you life to Jesus as we all have, but have loved the same gender. It does not seem like justice to be refused from heaven because of that.

Hmmm....I guess Ellipsis is right in that, the way to heaven is through Jesus Christ. And us judging people who are bi and homo and dictating in if they should go to heaven is wrong, who are we to say who goes to heaven or not as if we are better beings than others?

I do not agree with homosexuals lifestyle, and neither does God. It says in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 "9Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders10nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God." God still loves them just like he loves murders, prostitutes, thieves, liars etc but He ants to love them into a relationship with Himself so they can change.

If you are living your life as a Christian you know that homosexuality and bisexuality is wrong. It says it in the Bible, and yeah sure you may not read the entire bible but it says it more than once and if you are living a Christian life you know whether its wrong or right.

Okay. All of this is all very well but, one thing that might be of help here. Say, if someone was homosexual, but believed in God and wanted to follow him in his/her life, what are they supposed to do?

Give up and change apparently. According to those two, who i doubt could do it themselves.

So people like i mentioned, just die for a little ignorence? I don't think so. Being a christian dosn't mean you 'just know' anything. Its not as if you come out of baptism knowing the bible off by heart. It's not like that.

Hmmm, you are right about that. Maybe by recognising that you are wrong there and asking for forgiveness?

If they are striving to change for God then they are fine. God can change them and its not going to happen right away

However if they refuse to accept that their homosexuality is wrong then God will deal with them accordingly. You cannot live your life in sin, it doesn't matter what the sin is.

It can be:

Sex offender
Porn addict
Nymphomaniac (outside the confines of marriage)
or homosexual

If you refuse to ask forgiveness for these sins and you refuse to try and change your ways, or to recognize that they are sins then I'm sorry I believe God won't allow you to enter heaven...but honestly that's up to God I'm only saying that his word says that homosexual acts are wrong

Of course, there isn't actually a certanty that God will change them, as he may have other plans. I believe that if they recognise that it is a sin and ask for forgiveness, it is up to God if there is to be a change.

But millions of people have interpreted the bible wrong. Take the catholics for example.

But I know one thing: God and only God can judge these people: he will do as he sees fit and nothing we are debating over will change that. But what I do want to know is whether or not I shall try to change any homosexual (or bi) people I meet, christian or no, on the basis that it might be true.

Hmmm....I don't know either, I was about to ask that in fact...

The problem is that you're making the assumption that the Bible is in fact mistranslated.

Instead of trying to figure out what the Bible says to fit your view, your view should change to fit what the Bible says.

And no it is not your responsibility to change these people. It is God's choice however if they are Christian it is your responsibility to let these people know that they are in fact sinning.

The Bible commands you as Christians to tell another Christian that they are sinning.

It also says if this person continues to sin take another person with you and tell them again, and if they continue to sin bring the church to them and tell them again, and then if they continue to sin, release them to Satan so that they may be absolved of their sin

THe bible is very widely mistranslated, or at least sometimes taken too literally.

I understand what Im told to do about sinners, but not te release them to satan thing. That seems.... wrong. Correct me if you must... though the Lord Jesus forgave us once and gave us a 2nd chance, dose that mean we only give 2 chances to sinners? For they are blinded: and we can hardly know the struggle between their blindfold of sin and their love of god.
