First rule of GMing: Presume your players always mean the worst or you'll get caught with your pants down eventually.
Players want to "Win" generally. And some view that being able to slip one past the GM will help them "Win".

Okay, so I'll go and fix the jutsu description then. And actually, yes I did mean the wind picks up, not the physical object. Going to make sure that is clearer now, and I apologize for that.
EDIT: Just checking, since I have a toddler that eats my brain cells, I wrote "A wind is conjured that slices the opponent." Is that clearer?
