Death Always Wins

PostPosted: Sat Oct 24, 2009 11:54 pm

Death stiffened as she listened to the NEW deal being set. She looked as the two seemed to fight about it all. "Lumaria... I'm... so sorry it came to this. I don't want you to think you have to force me to be with you like that, I really care a lot for you. You're very important in my life and I know I couldn't get the last year and a half without you." Did she have much of a choice in the matter? She looked over at her REAL husband wondering just what to do. As if it was HIS choice.

Lina listened to Darkness and brightened up as she heard him tell her about what his mother had realized. "REALLY? SO you mean those two are together now instead? That's... I'm glad they remembered that, even I forgot."

Genesis hadn't been able to pay attention to what Adonia had said since the phone rang he picked up and when he realized how it was decided to talk in another room. "Yes.... I was wondering since you have Death with you, if it would be okay if Don lived with you as well."

The weeks had passed by ever since the incident involving the glass and his brother. Sephiroth and confronted him on the phenomena, but Rathe gave a rational reasoning that one cup could have hit another causing a domino effect. Still, he knew Sephiroth was watching him. He had the inkling feeling that Sephiroth had known what he had been thinking that day, how he wanted the brat to get hurt.

And...the more he thought about it, the more he wished it to happen to others. He started up a little chart in the darkest part of his closet, taking pictures of all the people they knew and putting them here and there. His eyes landed on one in particular and he sneered at the very thought of the boy. Evante. He hated that kid. But...what would make him really suffer?

His eyes went across the lines connecting Evante to people and saw Marluxia. Yes. Him. Once upon a time he had fallen to the darkness...he was probably vulnerable right now. His hand reached up with a black marker and he drew a thick, dark circle around him. "I want you to think...of all the terrible things in the world...to hate everyone...." He had been muttering this chant for weeks, yet opposing it mostly out on his little brother. He had noticed the affect had been exactly as he had planned. The child became irrate at times, crying uncontrollably and then falling into a sullen act as well. He had noticed how Sephiroth and Swan worried more and more about him, wondering if he was sick or hurting.

He had even pressured the boy into physically hurting himself and Swan. The child somehow deflected any physical activity in hurting Sephiroth, but Rathe wondered if it was because of his own fear of the man that caused it to work that way. Nonetheless, he had vexed the boy into terrible situations...

And now he was turning it onto a victim much further away. "Everything you enjoy....should die. Everyone you care about...should be destroyed..." He kept circling the spot thicker and thicker. He stopped finally and smirked, "You should get revenge on the people that have hurt you...."

Sephiroth sat in the living room holding the child, rubbing his back gently. He had noticed he had fallen into one of those...odd moods again. He didn't understand it....it felt like outside forces were possessing the boy or something. They had him examined several times but no one could come up with a rational explanation on what was happening.

What if...the boy was getting really sick? Or...something else was starting to become wrong with him? He knew that the child would never speak in his lifetime which was hard enough to deal with....but he wondered if the boy was losing other senses as well. Could he not hear, or was his eyesight going bad? Did something happen to his mind?

He felt the boy's body quiver and he kept rubbing his back, trying to calm him down. His eyes went over to the stairs....wondering where Rathe was at. He noticed the child was never around to witness his brother's behavior...

Why was that?

Of course, Don was now living with Death, Asi, and Marluxia in the luxurious mansion. Though she found it nice to be around Death she still had that worrisome feeling that Genesis was going crazy without her.

It was getting late at night and she was talking with Death and Asi at the moment over some hot cocoa the man was nice enough to make. "Where's...Marluxia?" She asked quietly wondering if the pink-haired man would appear just at the sound of his name. He had started to act...odd the past few days. She had never really noticed it until just recently, as if a certain behavior intensified in him. Maybe she was just oblivious? Probably.

"He's probably resting, I think he had a bad day." Asi took a sip of the warm drink and set his cup down onto the coffee table before them. In actuality he had noticed Marluxia acting differently as well. Perhaps the first time he thought the man was acting weird was two weeks ago when Marluxia had entered into his room at night. He had never really thought that Marluxia would become interested in him, but for some reason Marluxia had a desire to be around him. He wondered if he was being patient enough, but considering he thought Marluxia was the type that didn't get involved in just looks he had given in quite easily. They weren't open about it to the girls, so they kept any physical activity to late at night. But Asi remembered when Marluxia seemed...dead, or deep in thought.

And those nights started to captivate most of their time together, where Marluxia wouldn't say anything. It felt weird to Asi, as if the man had some weird zone he went into that he couldn't get out of. And then it started to show up during the day as well. Very little at first, but now it was frequent throughout the day.

He was worried, he had to admit...but wondered if it was about Evante. Marluxia might be depressed about being away from his kid so much...

Don fiddled with her cup, "Oh. All right...you know it is pretty late. Maybe getting to bed would be a good idea."

Asi nodded slightly, "Yes...I'm sure he'll feel better in the morning." He hoped.

Saix, on the other hand, was far from growing depressed and sullen. He was starting to become jealous and hateful of Lumaria. There...was a charm about him, something that had made him appealing to anyone who ever dared to enter into his trading system. He could see it happening with Death every single day. There was something odd about her....

Maybe it was the way she seemed to glow? The...the way she smiled at Lumaria, remembering their late night acts they had. He could tell she enjoyed it and Lumaria did as well. It irked him, Death was supposed to be with him, not Lumaria.

Yet it looked almost as if she had forgotten. And now he was started to grow more annoyed with her, the way she held herself and how much better she looked each morning. She dressed in a way that seemed appropriate around kids yet flirty for Lumaria, and they talked too much in a flirty tone.

Maybe he was just imagining it all...

No, he knew it was true. They were falling in love. They WERE in love. They had to be.

Evante sat at the dinner table as he munched on the remains of his food, eyes watching the adults talking together...or should he say his mother and Lumaria. Saix didn't seem to be much of a talker, which he thought was weird...he thought Saix liked talking.

Darkness noticed the darker mood that Saix had as well. He was only this way whenever Death and Lumaria were around, though...he never acted spiteful when it was just the kids...

He wondered why that was? Saix was married to his mom...shouldn't he be happy?

Death Always Wins

PostPosted: Sun Oct 25, 2009 3:03 pm

Swan was in their room resting from the incident involving their boy the previous day. It was sick she was almost starting to fear her own child. It was as though almost every other day he was trying to kill her, at first she thought she was just imagining it, but then he had done it in front of the etnire family. It was frightening especially because he couldn't speak or say WHY he was doing it, he was even hurting himself more and more. It looked like it was on purpose to. She was debating sending him somewhere, where his behaviour could be corrected. She knew it had to be her and her husband's genes that were doing it. They were both just too evil to have a kid that wasn't, it must have been why Rathe was so well behaved. Because of HER blood. Thetic's. The more she thought about it the most she hated that woman.

Death stirred the rest of her drink and drank it down, frowning at the idea of going to bed. She didn't like sleeping at night, the house was so big it kinda creeped her out. Usually she'd stay up all night and go for walks around the gardens. Yes, going for late night walks in a garden in a big mansion didn't freak her out but sleeping did. Eventually she agreed to go to bed though.

Genesis, despite Don's worry that he'd go CRAZY WITHOUT HER, was completely wrong. He was actually doing a lot better with her out of his house. Adonia however took the idea pretty hard since it hadn't registered to her that they were different people. Which meant a lot of re-explaining things to her and headaches for Genesis. He was an emotional man, but managed to keep all of his thoughts quiet for the most part. Though every night he would light candles in his room, or pray to his deceased goddess, or read outloud to her, and once in a while cry. But for the most part he was handling himself fairly well.

Meanwhile in the other house Lina had noticed the same thing Darkness had, which worried her greatly. She was hoping so much since their mother realized she was still married that everything would be like it should, yet her dad was acting more and more weird each day. He was fine with the kids until their mother showed up, then he'd seem off... as though he was trying to IMPRESS their mother. Which was cute, but if Lumaria came around he'd be completely silent. She finished up her food and wondered if she should ask her dad about it....

Veziell was acting weird himself. He was basically attached to Death at the hip. Wherever she went he followed, and while he was awkwardly happy in her presence. As though he was trying to replace the crappy relationship he had with his mother, with a better one with Death.

During all this Death was getting exhausted dealing with everyone. She had thought her and Saix would improve their relationship since Lumaria wasn't quite in the way, but the fact she couldn't even sleep with her own husband was upsetting. And the worse part about it was she didn't HATE Lumaria. She knew he deserved to have what he wanted since he had saved the family and her so much, she owed it all to him really. It felt like giving herself up was a very small price of gratitude in comparison to what he had done. But at the same time it seemed each day Saix would pull more and more away from her when she actually did try and be near him. With what her and Lumaria were doing all night she wasn't getting much sleep, especially since when she tried to rest during the day Veziell was always right there. She didn't mind too much, since she felt bad for the boy, but she didn't want him to push her own kids out of view. Her and Darkness had finally made it a daily thing to go on a walk together after lunch, and she felt bad seeing Veziell wanting to come too. She had to remember that nothing could be easy.

Rathe stared at the blackened circle around Marluxia and a sickly smirk came across his face before his eyes turned to Saix. Close enough to Evante as well, right? And he could get rid of his worthless mother as well...

He drew a thick circle around Saix as well and muttered to himself as he had for Marluxia, and then drew a giant 'X' across Death. "He'll be drowned in pity..." His eyes turned to Adonia's picture and he smiled. He put a big heart around it, "Then...you'll only want to be my friend and no one else's." But what about Genesis? He hadn't thought about that...

He looked around the vexing pictures and found Zexion. It'd be conflicting for Zexion to kill Genesis, right? Veziell would be happy, Adonia would be sad....she'd run off and come to him...

Yes...it made perfect sense.

He drew the black circle around Zexion as well and X'd Genesis. Each time muttering to himself about what they needed to do. To kill, or to hate, or to fall into despair.

Sephiroth felt the tension arise from the child and he gathered him up in his arms, trying to rock him into a calmer state. Yet the boy went stiff. He rose and headed upstairs with him, thinking he'd tell Swan that he was going to take their kid out for a car ride. It, in a way, seemed to help the stages of odd complexity about it. As if...the terrible spasms and actions were caused by something in their home. He went toward Rathe's door first to see how he was doing.

Rathe was drawing lines now connecting who should attack who when he heard the powerful footsteps coming down the hallway. He dropped his marker while still drawing Marluxia's line and came out of the closet, rushing into a position that made it look like he was playing with a few toys he had. He watched the door open and he smiled at his father, "Hey dad."

Sephiroth felt the stiff little boy he was carrying suddenly fall limp when he had opened the door. He stared at Rathe curiously, puzzling over the issue. "I'm taking your brother out. You're in charge." He hesitated and glanced about Rathe's room before closing the door, heading toward the master bedroom where he found Swan relaxing in there. "Swan....I'm taking him on a car ride to ease him up....do you need me to pick anything up while I'm out?" He noticed the boy still felt like putty in his arms, and his eyes turned down to him. The boy looked like he had knocked himself out or something...

Marluxia opened his eyes as he felt the dry air from outside brush against him, the cold causing a shiver to run down his spine. He rose up and rubbed his temple, pain coursing through his mind. As he focused his eyes to the world he noticed it was dark out. He moved out of the doorway and toward the living room, resting himself on the couch. He kept having these dreams...terrible dreams....nightmares that wouldn't let go of him.

Yet...they kept pointing to the same actions over and over again. He needed to do something about Asi....

Asi waited for quite awhile until he wondered if he should go over to Marluxia's room and make sure he was okay. At long last he finally walked through the hallway and into the guest room, yet found him nowhere to be seen. He pondered where he could have gone and finally went downstairs, eyes dashing about the area to find where he had went. His eyes soon spotted the dash of pink hair near the couch. His smile came to his face and he went over, wrapping his arms around him comfortingly. "Hey, what are you doing down here? I was going to join you in bed tonight..."

Marluxia had been contemplating how Asi was a vulnerable man. He was so pretty that it made him naive. And if he wasn't careful, Asi would be swept away by someone else. No, he loved him too much, he couldn't let that happen. He had to find a way to make sure no one could have him....Ever.

He felt the grasp of Asi's arm come across his chest and he gently rested his hands on his lover's forearms. "Asi....I don't want anyone else to have you....ever...." He sounded possessed with the way he was talking, holding onto him tightly in that position. "But you're so...so damn gorgeous....and so stupid, too....you'll be pulled away from me if I'm not cautious..."

Asi started to pull away and escaped Marluxia's grasp, "I'm not stupid. What are you even saying?" He wasn't sure if Marluxia was being for real or not.

Marluxia rose and faced him, eyes looking right at him...yet dead all at once. "No one is allowed to have you. And...no one will want you...if I take away what they want most." His scythe appeared into his hands and a rush of petals littered the area. "I'll still love you even after I make you hideous."

Don was in that groggy pre-sleep mode where she was about to konk out, but the scariest scream she had ever heard in her life shattered the very silence. She jumped and scrambled out of bed, falling onto the floor like a clumsy fool. She then stiffened and went silent when she heard more screaming. Her heart began to pound and she jitterly made her way to the doorway, peering out to see what was happening. She heard the cries come louder and shouting from downstairs. Without hesitation she dashed to Death's room, bursting in and closing the door shut to grab onto her. "I have no idea what's going on but it doesn't sound good!"

Lumaria started to clean up the place neatly as the kids finished their meals. "Why don't you kids watch a movie with your father tonight?"

Evante poked at his vegetables and waited for Lumaria to take the plate away, "You mean we can stay up late tonight?"

"Well...it is a Friday and you've all been VERY good this week."

Evante wished that his Fridays were spent with his real father, not Saix. The man looked so grumpy sometimes. "Can we watch a scary movie?"

Darkness looked over at him curiously, "You don't even like scary movies." Why would he intentionally pick one of those?

It gave him a better reason to snuggle with someone, but he wasn't about to admit it. "I don't mind them...they just scare me is all." Yeah, pretend he's tough.

"You might get nightmares, though, maybe you should pick something else?"

"I think they can pick whatever they want," Saix remarked quickly. "If all of you want to watch a scary movie then we'll watch it."

Evante stared at him before nodding, "Saix can scare away all the bad things that come after us." As if he actually believed that bullshit. He just liked Saix more than Lumaria and he wasn't sure as to why.

Adonia had been in an off mood until recently. She...felt really loved for some reason yet she wasn't sure why. It was upsetting to have such an empty house. Veziell was gone and her mother was dead, and the other girl had moved out. It was just her and her father, and although she loved her dad a lot....it felt like the entire house was barren with just him in it. There wasn't any fresh pie smell or her mother's laughter breaking the silence. The place didn't look happy at all, and she grew very weary of the silence surrounding the place. She stared at the drawing she was making and threw it on the ground, getting off of the couch to find her father. She grasped onto his leg and looked up at him, "Daddy....I'm lonely. It's too quiet..." She held onto him tighter, giving him big doe eyes, "Can we get a puppy?" Puppies always made things better, right?

Death Always Wins

PostPosted: Tue Oct 27, 2009 2:53 pm

Swan was sitting up as she read a book when she was interrupted and asked if she wanted anything. She stared at the little boy that looked very limp in his fathers hands. "Is he alright?" She asked motioning for him to bring the boy over so she could look at him. She frowned as he was completely knocked out. "I don't understand what's gotten into him. I'm afraid to think that it could be... because of us? Neither you and I are really the greatest people, we're both consumed in our darkness. Makes me almost wonder if this is a sign that we... were never supposed to have a child together. I'm just speculating I suppose." She turned her head and waved him off. "I don't need anything. Well maybe pick up something FUN for you and I to do tonight. I don't like the idea of having doubts about our union... we need to ease those feelings."

Death had jolted up from her bed when she heard the screaming and ran into Don's room to wake her up. The two girls passed each other without realizing it and Don was shaking Death's pillow, while Death was frantically ripping off the comforters on Don's bed looking for her. Eventually both girls came out of each other's room and clung to each other in the hallway. "That sounds so painful! We should go make sure they're all right." She said, but another terrible scream made her jump. "Let's go get... Marluxia... or Asi..." Not thinking it was one of them getting hurt. "Or just run out of this freaky house."

Lina looked over as Evante wanted a scary movie and she smiled looking over at Veziell. "I wouldn't mind that movie." Then they could cuddle, har.

Veziell wasn't paying attention to her as he was looking at Death. "How come we're watching a movie with just him and not you?"

Death then looked over at Lumaria since it was his suggestion in the first place. She felt bad about just having to push Saix off with the kids like that... especially considering the situation. It felt wrong as though the tables turned and HE was the nanny. And this was supposed to last for two years? No doubt Saix would get tired of it and leave her by then, maybe even the kids too unless he took them with. Thinking all of this started to make her feel really sick to her stomach.

He was washing off the dishes from their dinner when he felt her cling to his leg. He bent down and picked her up, cuddling her against his side. "My little goddess, a puppy is a huge responsibility. Especially since you'll be starting school, and I won't have time to take it for walks. We could get something that requires a little less maintnance though, perhaps fish, or a kitty?"

Sephiroth smirked at her words and carried the boy off, setting him into his carseat before driving off. He watched as the weather was brewing up something terrible again and listened to the thunder begin to roll through. He looked back at the boy and noticed he was still out of it.

Don grasped onto Death tightly. She may not enjoy hugs, but this situation made her want to jump into the woman's arms practically. "I-I...I think we should get the hell out of here...Marluxia is tough enough to deal with it..." She scooted toward the stairs and tried to peer down them to see if the person was still there.

Then they door could be heard opening, the thunder booming into the house. Her eyes turned back to Death, "I think he left?" She took a cautious step down the stairs but had flew right back up them to grab onto her friend. One hand was covering her mouth and her eyes were wide. "Death!! There's blood down there!" Her voice had reached a high octave as she spoke, pointing toward the stairs.

Asi lay on the floor in his own blood trying to stay awake. He was in such agony yet he couldn't get up to get any of his wounds fixed. A soft moan escaped him, eyes opening up slowly to see bloody footprints leading to the front door, and soon the rain began to shroud out if Marluxia was still there. His eyes closed again. He felt like sleeping...

Don started to go back down again as she noticed there wasn't any noise coming from the living room. She touched down on the floor and she twisted about to see if anyone was there but only found the bloody Asi before her. She covered her mouth at the sight and looked away until she realized that Marluxia was nowhere to be seen. Quietly she approached the figure and stared at him. For some reason she thought he wasn't breathing and she dashed back from the man, turning away from the sight. "Oh my god...this is unreal..." She wondered what she was going to do when her thought went back to Genesis and Adonia. They didn't live too far away, were they in danger as well? She turned to look at Death, "I'm going to run over to Genesis's to make sure he's all right. Especially if...the killer is in the area." She didn't want to say Marluxia's name. She really hoped it wasn't him, but the man had been acting so weird lately...

"You should call for help quickly and then...I don't know...get to someone's house as well. If we go in opposite directions I don't think he'll be able to get us." She grabbed up her black jacket and zipped herself up before going to the back door, "If anything weird starts happening run like hell." As if she needed to tell Death that.

Of course, as Don had rushed out the door Asi groaned loudly and tried to get up. "That....b-b*****d..." he hissed as he continued his struggle, trying to look around for where he had gone. "I'll...I'll...kill him..."

Don was running like there was no tomorrow. Maybe it was the scary thought that the killer would pop out at any given moment...or that it truly was Marluxia that had gone crazy...but she wanted to be anywhere but there.

She started to cross the road without looking and was surprised to see the headlights coming at her from the side. She dove and tumbled, hurting her already broken arm and landing into the muddy ditch. Oho...real suave, Don.

Sephiroth had slammed on his brakes when the moron that was wearing ALL BLACK at night had dove out before him. God, what moron...

He looked out his window but couldn't see who it was or where they had gone. Whatever, they didn't hit his car, right? Right. Didn't matter then. He looked back at the boy and noticed he was awake now. "Enjoying the ride?" The child nodded his head slowly, eyes blinking several times to show he had just awoken. "Good."

Adonia frowned at his words before she shook her head, "No...I don't like kitties." She turned from him and walked off to go make more drawings instead. She was sitting on the ground scribbling colors into her coloring book when the door burst open. It scared her and she shrieked. She saw this sopping wet, muddy mess before her and she screamed again.

Don heard the screaming and moved her hair out of her face to stare at her, "Shhh! Adonia! It's just me!" She gasped for air and closed the door, "G-Genesis?? I have an emergency!"

Adonia stared at her wondering what the problem was. Was this lady...going to come back and live with them finally?

"I have to work tomorrow, that's why."

"On a Saturday morning?"

"Yes, on a Saturday morning. Don't worry, it won't take too long. And your mother can join you in watching....after I have a small talk with her."

Darkness was getting to that age where he didn't think talks really constituting to talking anymore. He wondered what they really were discussing, or whether it was anything like that at all.

"I hope you have a good night's sleep," he remarked before getting up and putting his own dishes away.

Right. She'd join them. That was a joke. "Why don't all of you get ready for the movie and I'll get your dishes, hmm?"

Evante gladly left his plate there and rushed off to put on some pajamas and grab up his favorite stuffed toy.

Lumaria watched the child rush off and he smiled. Oh, how beautiful that Saix played into it so well... His eyes turned to Death and he smirked knowing she'd have to be with him before the night was over. He went upstairs toward their bedroom.

Death Always Wins

PostPosted: Tue Oct 27, 2009 4:58 pm

Death was spazzing like no other, and it really didn't help that Don just shot off like that. "Don! Don't you know-" She was cut off as the woman ran away. "That splitting up is a terrible idea..." She mumbled to herself as she kneeled into the pool of blood to help the hurt man. She help him sit up a bit and propped his back against her legs, trying to keep him awake while she frantically dug through his pockets for a cell phone. "I... I don't know who to call..." She said shakily. "I don't even this address..." She looked down at him he was agnry and wanting to get revenge on whoever did it. She flipped open the phone, getting blood from her hands on the buttons and quickly went down the line of names to the person she thought was most responsible and would help... Xemnas.

Genesis took no time in wasting as he heard Adonia's scream. Before she could even finsih the shout. He stared as he thought his wife had returned from the grave and he stared as she said she had an emergency. "Don..." He said his heart racing, knowing that it HAD to be his wife, she wouldn't be that muddy if it was the other one. He raced up to her and embraced her tightly, not caring that she got him full of mud. He put one hand behind her head as he kissed her warmly, feeling her cold body. He eventually pulled from the kiss and rubbed her cheeks with both of his hands, looking into her eyes. "What is it? It can't be that bad, now that we're together again." He said, putting her head on his shoulder as he continued to hug her.

Lina didn't seem to pick up on anything, and didn't mind the time with her father. She quickly stood up and went up to her room to change.

Veziell looked back at Death almost as if he didn't believe Veziell.

She smiled at him. I promise I'll come and watch the movie with you guys. She stood up and nodded over to Lumaria, she headed up the stairs and into her room, waiting for him to see what it was he wanted, hoping that maybe he did just want to talk.
PostPosted: Tue Oct 27, 2009 5:58 pm

Xemnas was sitting in his favorite chair when he heard the ringing of his phone. He glanced over slowly and picked it up. Why...was Asi calling him? He flipped it open and put it to his ear, "Yes?"

Don stared at Genesis. Wow...that...was a great kiss. That outbeat all the other ones she had ever had before. It took awhile for her to register what he was even saying. He thought she was his wife. Right...those emotions would never actually be directed toward her or anything. As he had her enveloped in his hug that was...well, not meant for her, she started to cry because she was starting to freak out. At last she pulled away from him and shook his head. "Genesis, I'm sorry...I...I shouldn't have came here...but...I ran here because I needed to warn you...because I didn't want you hurt...and..and Death is calling for help..." She took a deep breath to figure out what she was saying and shook away the confusing thoughts, "Just...Asi was murdered and Marluxia went missing...I think Marluxia might have...and..." she broke off again, "I was just scared."

Adonia listened to her and didn't move from her spot, unsure of how to respond to such information. Asi was murdered? So...someone else got hurt like her mother... But why would Marluxia's father be invovled with it? Her eyes stayed glued to them wondering about it all. Her father just kissed the lady. Maybe he thought it was her mom, too? She wanted to believe it as well but Genesis had told her it couldn't happen that way... "Daddy can keep you safe...."

Saix finished the dishes and headed into the living room where he noticed the kids were mashed around waiting for him. He smirked at their eager faces and took a spot on the couch, "All right...let's get this started."

The movie started to play out. It reminded Saix a lot of the house they had. Right besides the woods with kids and two normal parents. HA. That last part was clearly not applying to him...

But he noticed the plot was...interesting. The woman is a cheating whore that gets murdered by the father...and that woman haunts the house and what not, seeking revenge on the man that took her life.

Yet...there was something so appealing to that and he wasn't sure as to why. The woods concealed her body so well...she was never found except by some unfortunate soul that ended up dying anyway...

He could probably pull something off like that. His eyes went over to the stairs where he knew Lumaria and Death were probably banging around like hormonal dogs. It...was so appealing to think about killing her. It'd make Lumaria have no reason to stick around, and then he wouldn't have to hear her lie to him ever again. She tried to downplay her feelings, act as if she was sad about being with Lumaria, but HE could see past it all. She was a lying whore, all she ever wanted was Lumaria. He was the dilemma...

Oh, but he could easily get rid of her....and then the kids would finally be free of her emotional baggage she always carried around. In fact..it'd be better if she was gone. She was the cause of all the kids's problems!

Evante was sandwiched inbetween Darkness and Saix as he watched the movie. He looked up at Saix and noticed he was staring at the stairs. He looked over but didn't see anything and wondered what he was staring at. Gently he brought his eyes back to the movie.

Lumaria had watched her enter into the room and he smirked at her. "Don't worry, darling...I'll make sure it's quick so you can spend some time with your kids..I know how important they are to you." He brought her down onto the bed and his evil smirk came across his face, "I'll even let you sleep in your husband's bed tonight if you make this worth it."

Larxene was walking through the house into her daughter's room seeing her already in bed. She bent down and gave her a kiss on the forehead, "Good night, Ixas."

She smiled but didn't say anything in response, as if faking sleep.

Larxene exited and headed to the bathroom, pulling her clothes off and putting on something more 'appropriate' for bed. She stared at herself in the mirror and fixed her hair gently when she noticed something at her window. She jumped and smacked into the wall holding her hand over her heart but found no one there. Maybe she just imagined something out of the corner of her eye? Right...that made more sense.

She shook her head for being silly and brushed her teeth before heading toward the master bedroom knowing Xaldin was waiting for her. But she noticed the refridgerator door was open as she walked near the kitchen. Gently she went over and looked around wondering if he was snacking. "You could at least close the fridge once you get everything," she commented out loud before closing it. A hand wrapped around her waist and a hand covered her mouth. She tried to scream and struggle but found whoever it was a lot stronger than she had been estimating. Though she couldn't see who it was she knew it was Marluxia. The smell of flowers was too powerful to not realize it was him.

"Why are you struggling, Larxene? Have you forgotten...how much we used to enjoy being around each other?" He slammed her against the fridge and knocked off a bunch of magnets and projects on it. "I'm not very happy that you left me all alone...I think after all the shelter and strength I've given you that you'd return such things back to me..." He dragged her out of the kitchen, "I have a nice little place for you to go..."

She stomped her feet and knocked over a vase they were passing by, trying to get out of his grip. What was he talking about?? He sounded insane!! But she was pulled out of the house and into the pouring rain before she could cause anymore destruction.

Death Always Wins

PostPosted: Tue Oct 27, 2009 6:41 pm

Death felt a bit more relaxed that he had answered. Though her hands were shaking badly, and her voice was trembling. "You... y-you gotta help... Asi's been attacked... someone broke in... and... tried to kill him. I don't know if the person's still in the house! There's blood... e-e-everywhere." She looked down as Asi's eyes kept trying to close. Jeez, she didn't know how to even keep him awake, other then to say his name and move his head a bit.

It took him a moment to realize that it was not actually... his wife. He tried not to let his feeling of disappointment show as he quickly retracted from her. "You're... safe now, Don." He felt really embarrassed for the way he held and kissed her. He nodded his head to her and put his hands on her shoulders. "It's... okay. This isn't our problem to deal with right now, you go change and shower, and I'll call around to make sure everything else is taken care of."

Eventually Death and Lumaria finished and she was able to leave him to sleep. She came down the stairs, in her own pajamas after taking a refreshing shower. To at least make what they did less obvious. She came in and sat down in the open spot next to her husband, staring at the movie. "So what is it about?" She whispered to Lina.

The girl quickly recited the plot of the movie as she was staring intently. An exciting moment happened and she flinched, grabbing onto Veziell, who looked really interested in the gun that was being used. Telling Lina all about what type it was and such.

Death found the movie a bit irking, but not connecting that it would be similar to their own lives. She leaned her head against her man's shoulders, gripping onto his bicep when a moment scared her. She delightfully whispered in his ear that she was allowed to sleep with him that night and she readjusted to get more comfortable.

Xemnas frowned at her words wondering what was going on. He rose quickly and grabbed up his keys, "Right, I'll get over there quickly. Make sure he doesn't fall asleep. Where was he hit? Keep it elevated above his heart if you can." He moved out into the rain and into his car, driving over there quickly. "If you can, try and compress any wounds to stop blood flow."

Asi grabbed Death's hand, but his grasp soon slipped from her. "M...Mar...luxia..." He shook his head, trying to stop himself from spinning.

"Make sure he can still breathe as well, keep his head up slightly," he remarked as he could hear Asi mumbling. "And keep talking to him, try to get his focus on you so he'll stay with us." He was actually rather surprised he knew anything about this, but then again...everyone had to have precautions.

Don stared at him and nodded a few times before she moved off. Man...she really ********. Maybe she should have just stayed and hoped the killer got her instead?

As Adonia watched her leave she looked up to her father with a smile, "Does that mean she can stay with us, daddy? It's like fate or something! Like the story you always like to read. Maybe the Goddess guided her here?"

Saix noticed the shower she had taken. Of course, how convenient that she'd get to stay with him after ******** around with Lumaria. But he didn't push her away, only kept his hand gently on her thigh to give her comfort.

Of course, as time went on the child seemed to get into a better mood and Sephiroth finally returned home after buying 'things'. He watched the boy scramble inside from the rain and he gently brushed his hair with his fingers, "Let's get you in bed, all right?" They went over to the boy's room and Sephiroth tucked the child in after helping him prepare for bed. He headed to the master bedroom and looked over at her, "He's feeling much better. Now...why don't we brighten up your spirits as well?" He smirked viciously.

Rathe was lying in bed finally listening to the rain pattering on the window. He kept mumbling to himself about all the pain and suffering that they should take out on others, and this let him go to sleep only to dream about it as well...

Xemnas arrived at the house and he rushed inside seeing where Death and Asi were at. He walked over quickly and noticed Asi's condition seemed better than what he had imagined. But the markings all over him were going to scar forever, no doubt...

"These are..." he muttered, noticing the way the blood had splattered and the wounds on Asi. Scythe marks. But why was Marluxia attacking Asi? It didn't make sense... "Get some water, we'll need to get him something to drink and enough to wash off the excess blood."

Death Always Wins

PostPosted: Tue Oct 27, 2009 7:49 pm

The next day finally came, even though they didn't think it ever would. Xemnas and Death had stayed up all night attending to Asi, and eventually were able to move him to a bed and clean up the room. Finally Asi was able to rest after they were sure he wasn't going to die from the blood loss, and the two of them were sitting up in his room, taking a moment to relax from it all. They both now knew who it was that attacked him and had already made sure to call everyone and warn them, and that is when they heard from Xaldin that Larxene was missing, which they pieced only meant she was taken by Marluxia. Death sat there, cracking her ankle as she drank the warm drink that the maid had provided for them and she looked over at the white haired man. "Thanks for coming so quickly, I really had no idea who else to call. I guess out everyone I still feel closest to you." She swirled her spoon a bit.

The next day Genesis was up early, having talked to both his best friends about the situation. Both of his friends had told him that he should just keep her there, she was obviously safest with him and even though he didn't want to hear it, even Thetic and Angeal encouraged that maybe his wife died because there were two of them which wouldn't work and he was supposed to be with the younger one. Which made him wonder if that meant the same thing would happen to Death, but he decided not to worry about her and focus only on Don. He finally hung up the phone with Angeal and started to make breakfast, wanting to make Don feel as welcomed as possible.

As for Death she had awoken with her husband, the way it should have been every day. Her arms were wrapped around him as she cuddled next to him, not wanting to let go for anything. She kissed his next softly as she had awoken a few moments prior. She didn't know how many mornings she'd actually wake up to him and she didn't want to waste it. "I wish we could stay here all day like this together." She said softly.

Swan and her man had a very... routy and exciting night filled with... well a lot of toys and such. It was the night to get their minds off of just about anything.
PostPosted: Tue Oct 27, 2009 8:25 pm

Xemnas stared at Asi's wrapped up figure. He knew Saix was sullen about his scars when he first got them, and being in the Organization didn't exactly stop anyone from asking or pursuing the topic. Everyone was a jerk about it at some point, but Saix lived...

And now Asi would have to go through that same process, although his scars were a lot more than just on his face...they were everywhere. He felt bad that Asi's career was now destroyed. A model couldn't have any type of deformity or else they were pushed out of line and someone else replaced them.

His eyes turned to Death and he gave a small nod, "Well...I am the leader, it would seem as if I would have the most responsibility as well." He turned his attention back toward Asi when he spoke, "It just doesn't make sense that Marluxia would do such a thing. Tell me...was he showing any signs of such behavior before? Anything off or different? I wonder if this world caused him to turn back to his older personality..." Which was for the worst if it was true.

Don got up and felt how sore her body was. Note to self, never run ever again. She plodded toward the kitchen and realized she should have changed first before presenting herself to Genesis. Well whatever, if he had a problem he'd say something.

"Mornin'," she mumbled. Her eyes went about and found that Adonia wasn't around. That was a good thing, right? She'd at least have some time to discuss things with Genesis before the little girl woke up.

Saix listened to her and he smirked. Oh, of course. In fact...this would be her last memory. He had been thinking about it all night and that movie had really struck him. They had gotten the call at some point about Marluxia and Saix knew it'd be a golden opportunity to blame it on the man for being crazy...

Lumaria would be gone and the kids wouldn't know what was happening...

"If we stay in here all day the kids will get suspicious. Besides...we have all day together since Lumaria is working..." He kissed the side of her cheek. That's right, feed into it. She'd never know... "I've actually got a good idea," He whispered to her, "If we get outside before the kids get up...we can watch the sunrise together." Yeah, romantic bullshit that girls loved.

Sephiroth entered into Rathe's room and found the child was muttering something in his sleep. He went over but couldn't make out what he was saying and found that disturbing him would be pointless right now. The boy needed his sleep. Gently he walked the hallways to his other son's room and found the child was lying awake looking emotionless. As he arrived closer he noticed the look changed to a type of sadness, as if Sephiroth was hurting him because he couldn't understand what was wrong. He pulled the boy up into his arms and cradled him. "Is there something wrong? Do you hurt?" He watched the boy nod and point to his head. "You've got a headache?" The child shook his head but pointed to his head again. "Did you hit your head?" The boy frowned and shook his head once more, continuing to point at his head. Sephiroth wasn't sure what to make of it and carried him out to the living room. He propped the boy against his chest while he pulled out a book and started to flip through it. He was trying to figure out what meaning there was to the boy's actions, but he couldn't find any type of link.

"Do you feel...sick?" He asked, making the motions as well to help teach the child. But once again the response was negative. Maybe the boy didn't get enough sleep? "Did you sleep well?" The boy shook his head again. "Nightmares?" The boy ndoded once again. "Is that why your head hurts?" But this time he got no response. Maybe he just didn't know if it was linked or not. He rose and moved to his bedroom and came in, giving Swan a gentle slap to her exposed thigh. "Swan, do you think his problem could be linked to a....brain tumor?" He hadn't thought about it, but it could be very likely. It scared him, yet he had faith that whatever was wrong could be fixed.

Death Always Wins

PostPosted: Tue Oct 27, 2009 9:06 pm

Death took a moment to think about the past couple days. "He did seem really off, and distant. He was okay for a bit, but then once Don came and stuff he was more almost angry. He and Asi kinda flirted a lot in my eyes. I don't know if it was flirting or just them being them. It was really surprising for this to happen though. I mean even if he was off who would do this..." She turned and grabbed Xemnas' arm, making him spill his coffe on himself. "The only other time I remember him attacking anyone was myself when he and Saix were being controlled by Maleficent! Do you think that's what happened? Is she IN this world?"

Genesis turned to see her walking and he smiled, putting the pancakes on the table. "I hope you had a good sleep... without worrying too much. I called everyone and warned them about what was going on. Death and Xemnas were able to take care of Asi, he wasn't actually murdered." He was going to tell her about Larxene, but decided not to...

Death listened to the idea of them watching the sunrise together and she smiled, pulling him a bit closer. "Mmm, that sounds wonderful. Hopefully Siot won't wake up..." She slowly got out of bed and put her clothes on to go outside. They walked hand in hand down the stairs and out into the woods by the water. Crossing the bridge to go down a bit and see the sun. The entire time she was completely hanging on him.

Swan jolted a bit and rubbed her thigh where she was slapped, though not in a 'that hurt' kinda way but more in a 'ooh baby do it again' manner. She opened her eyes and lifted her hands above her head as her eyes focussed in on her husband and listened to him. "Hmm..." She noticed the boy in his arms and she quickly covered herself and sat up, finally realizing what he said. "A tumor... I didn't think about that... we should take him to get that checked out... today."
PostPosted: Tue Oct 27, 2009 9:28 pm

Xemnas wiped up the slight spill that got on him and shrugged, "Though she's in this world you do have to realize that she probably has no intention to be evil. In fact I think someone mentioned that Ansem was with her still, but in this fantasy world...it only means hook-ups and having children with other people. I can't imagine them possessing the thoughts of hurting others." He set his coffee down in case she acted up again, "Besides, Marluxia in this world previously was evil just because....I'm not sure why. Personal grudges turned him crazy I suppose. The man is hard to read at times."

Don sighed at the information and smiled, "Oh thank goodness he's fine...I bolted so quickly because I thought he had died." He probably would have died if Death hadn't stayed....whoops. "I just..hope whatever is going on settles out and gets solved quickly. I don't like thinking that someone is out there trying to...hurt all of us or something." She stared at the pancakes and started to eat slowly this time, wondering if he'd crash the table like he did last time.

Rathe woke up finally and concentrated harder than ever before on his powers, on the suffering and the hatred building up inside of him. He was starting to feel dizzy himself from all the thinking...

Sephiroth was glad she agreed to get him checked out when the boy lost his innocent behavior and had snatched onto his hair, pulling it as hard as he could. "Ouch!" He noticed the odd look on the child's face and he tried to better support him while his son started to cry and try to punch him to death. "I'm going to take him in now, this is getting way out of hand." He restrained him easily enough and looked down at her, "You can stay here and tell Rathe, I think he might not understand what's going on with his little brother very well." A tiny fist hit him in the jaw and Sephiroth grabbed it quickly, "If it isn't a tumor...I'm not sure where we'll turn to for answers..." He moved out and brought the child along, strapping him into his carseat even though the child struggled. He got into the car and went off to the doctor's to find any type of result...

Saix felt the energy build and he moved behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist and giving her a kiss on the neck. "Isn't it beautiful?" He commented, the rage started to build up as the world glowed. He smirked as his powers increased as well, "It's a pity...that this will be your last time seeing the sun." He then brought out his claymore and attacked at close range. His first blow made contact with the small of her back, the spikes jutting out at that precise moment to thrust into her flesh and rip out tissue and blood. The next hit was at her stomach, each spike digging itself deep within her and causing her all sorts of pain.

His eyes glowed. Though the moon wasn't out he had been absorbing energy all night for this very moment. His claymore swept her legs out from under her and brought itself down vertically, striking into her ribcage and cracking the vulnerable bones with its impact. He let his weapon disappear then. He didn't want to finish it so quickly, he wanted to make sure every moment that she lived would cause her inevitable suffering until she would give up and die. Saix quickly straddled her to keep her pinned down and began to strike her across the face, continuing to let his hand and fists take control until she started to bleed. Then he rose up, holding her by her hair and dragged her toward the bridge, slamming her head against the railing.

His breath was sharp and heavy as his hands let go of her, watching her fall down to her knees. Now to finish her off...

He grabbed up a large stick from beside one of the trees and went back over to her, smirking at the pitiful state she was in. "Say goodnight," he whispered before striking her over and over until she had slipped through the railing and fallen into the water below. She'd drown there...and hopefully no one would ever find her dead body...

He threw the stick in as well and headed back home, knowing that he needed to prepare for the day and get the kids up...

But what Saix had never noticed was Darkness in the shadows. He had followed them to the bridge because he wondered how their relationship was going. He had noticed how things seemed slightly strange between them, as if Saix was reacting badly to Lumaria being around, but he hadn't expected this result. He felt sick to his stomach as he watched Saix repeatedly hit his mother and beat her to a bloody pulp. He wanted to run out and stop the man but knew he'd only endanger himself. He tried to think of what his mother would want him to do. Save her...or make sure the other kids were safe? His mind went back to the family....

He would have to leave her and get help of some sort...

He noticed Saix give the final blow before his mother sunk into the murky waters below and his heart began to pound. If he didn't want to get caught he'd have to run back inside and pretend he didn't see any of this happen...

He darted for it, legs striding toward his destination in a panic. He slipped inside and rushed upstairs, moving into his room quietly as he closed the door so he wouldn't wake up Veziell. He heard the door downstairs creak silently and he made his way into bed, gathering himself deeply underneath the covers. His breath was rapid and he tried to calm himself, tears pouring from his eyes as he had witnessed the terrible murder of his own mother...

Saix came inside and looked around carefully before going upstairs. He opened the boys' door and peered inside to see them asleep and he moved toward his room, going inside to take a shower and get clean. So far everything was going according to plan...

And not too far off was Entity's house in the woods, the man stood near his window and stared out at the morning blaze of the sun. Though it was a wonderful morning he really hadn't anyone to enjoy it with. He had forgotten that Zexion was so good at shutting out any discomfort or emotional pleasure. It was like having sex with a stuffed animal or something, it just made Entity feel unfulfilled. To make matters worse, he found Zexion's presence more of annoying than beneficial. He had longed for human embrace and enjoyment of a person's touch, but Zexion wasn't cut out for it. He made everything seem mechanical and fake...

He turned from the window and grabbed up his coat, gently straightening it onto himself as he swayed toward the door. His eyes turned toward the room that Zexion was in at the moment, bound to it like a little slave. He needed to get some fresh air...

He braced himself for the world and he exited his house, walking like a drunkard with no particular location in mind, his mind brazen with ideas on what new things he could try on Zexion in hopes of getting a gasp or at least a look of displeasure from the man. He found a little bridge and he grasped onto it, giving a dramatic sigh as his hands clasped the railing when he noticed he had touched something...strange. He held up his hand and found blood upon his fingertips. Then he noticed a washed up figure down the stream, about to fall back into the dreary waters below. He made his way over quickly, as quickly as someone without any balance could go, and grasped his hands around the figure. A woman! Wait...not just any woman...

"Oh my...could it truly be?" He looked at the bruised and bloody woman before him before tugging her out of the water and checked her pulse. Faint, but still there. "My my...I think I found a new toy..."

Death Always Wins

PostPosted: Wed Oct 28, 2009 3:01 pm

Death looked down, almost GUILTY of something as she played with her fingers a bit. "He mentioned at one point... his feelings towards the other me... stating all the ways she wronged him. It was really... terrible to hear it, you don't think that maybe that's what turned him to do this? He still has hateful feelings agianst her? And seeing me brought them back up? I hope not..." She said as she looked over at the sleeping Asi. That would make her feel even more guilty if she was the cause of his attack. Poor man. "I wish there was something we could do for Asi, I've never seen anyone hurt like this before, only when Marluxia and Saix both attacked me in the other world..." And seeing Don get shot... but she didn't want to get into that.

Genesis sat at the table with her, looking around as the silence was in the room. "It's nice and peaceful in here." He said, noting how Adonia was still asleep. He loved that girl to death, but it was nice when she was quiet sometimes. He took a sip of his coffee and cut the pancakes, he listened to Don as she seemed concerned and he looked at his. His bright eyes shimmering in the soft morning light. "What made you come here of all places? Much less leaving Death behind." He smirked. "Reminds me of a great story.... Then again you'd know all about it." He said as he signaled at her neck. "Tell me if last night was a reinactment... who would be the hero?"

Swan slowly sat up as she heard the door close and she put on her dark silky robe, checking herself in the mirror as it seemed no matter how rough they were her make up never smudged. AH, such is the life of a villain, they never lose their beauty. She walked down the hallway and slowly opened Rathe's door, calling his name. She came in and saw him still in bed, she crawled into the tiny bed next to him and looked over at the boy, she tickled him to wake him up, not knowing he was already awake. She eventually sat up and and stretched. "Seems we have the entire house to ourselves today, how would you like to spend it?" After realizing what could be wrong with their youngest boy it made her appreciate the health and obediance of their older. She realized she should probably spend a bit more time with him if she had the opportunity.

Death had no other feeling than shock as the blows came at her. She had no time to fight back or scream as after ever impalement she was too busy focussing on the pain of the prior attack to try and dodge the next one. She never had the opportunity to figure why he had done it before she had finally blanked out when her head hit the railing. She floated down the stream without the ability to wake up for quite some time. Her mind flooding with dreams and memories, almost in a coma.

Zexion sat there, bored out of his mind. He was chained, like always to the room he was placed in. His right wrist was so insanely dark from the bruising of the chain that the marks would never go away. The chain was long enough to reach the bathroom but nothing more. He had to depend on Entity for food, for survival. Meanwhile he was kept in the... torturous room. Every gadget and toy imaginable was around there, and it had each been used on him. Though Zexion was smart and KNEW that Entity loved more than anything was making his victim squirm, that was why he had once chosen children. Their vulnerability, which is why Zexion would never give into the sensations, either good or bad. He always kept his dull expression, never crying out nor flinching. He knew that eventually Entity would have to get bored with him.
