Okay, I hope I don't sound perverted or get in trouble for saying this, but I love using the jets of a jacuzzi or a shower head. Spray it directly on your you know what. I think it's one of the best feelings ever. Just make sure the water isn't too hot or too cold.

Here's something for you, but you have to be PATIENT. I CAN'T stress that enough, because if you aren't, you (or her, if she's on the receiving end) could get seriously hurt. But despite the infinite amount of patience it takes, it's definitely worth it, in my opinion. It's a method of basically ******** your girlfriend, plain and simple, without using a d***o. - and personally, I found it much more enjoyable - and it's called fisting. And yes, it's probably what you are thinking right now, because it's pretty much what it sounds like. You use your hand, wrist, & arm basically in replacement of the p***s you lack. The interesting part is figuring out how to get it to work for you and your partner.
