Mulan nodded and ran off into the trees. swift and sure, she glided between them and looked for an people.

Rattigan hid in the leaves, as he watched Mulan rapidly approached his trap.

Mulan was running through the forest, unaware of the trap in front of her. She ran into the trap.

Jim heard the snapping of branches and rustling of leaves from within the jungle forest. He looked in vain to see what was causing the commotion. "What was that?" He strained his eyes, but still saw nothing. "I guess we should go see what happened."

Esmeralda scrambled onto sure, coughing up the water as it burned her nose and throat. Her skirts, once wet, had made themselves extremely heavy. It was by determination and luck that she got to the island. Being a dancer had made her strong. Once she could breath normally, she shakily stood up and began to wring out her skirts and hair. "HELLO?!" she called, hoping to find another survivor.

Mulan scrambled out of the trap. She looked around, but didn't see anyone. She headed back to the shore, hoping Jim or Meg found someone. She got to the shore and saw someone new. Mulan didn't recognized her and walked over.

Esmeralda hear footsteps. She looked up and saw an Asian girl. She sighed and smiled. "Hey!" and hurried over to her. "You alright?"

"Oh! I'm Esmeralda. Nice to meet ya Mulan. That's such a pretty name..." Esme babbled slightly, grateful to meet someone else.

Mulan smirked. "Thanks. There are two others here, Jim and Meg, but i don't know where they've gotten to. We were looking for other people." She said.

Esmeralda nodded. "Good" Jim? crud... a guy meant she couldn't ditch her bigger skirt...at least not yet. "Well then, lets keep looking.

Mulan nodded and set off along the beach. her footing was sure and quick on the loose sand. "You coming or what?" she called behind her to Esmerelda.

Mulan's words snapped her out of her thoughts. "Er.. Coming!" Esmeralda called and pulled up on her skirts before running after her. She was used to running so she caught up to Mulan easily.

jack waded to shore "that is the last time i sail without me own ship..." he pulled out his compass and watched it spin idley for a second then shoot off in a northern direction " ahh.. that way"
he walked slowly into the dense trees untill he heard two voices out on the beach
