Erm...OK...
morning: wake up, breakfast, shower, dress, work on stuff
afternoon: take a break, eat lunch, check e-mail, play solitare, check facebook
evening: make mac'n'cheese, watch shows, call mom, put on PJs
night: drink some chamomile, check facebook, read a chapter of the book on your night stand, go to sleep
