Liska shuusei_II Liska shuusei_II I think it's real, but Al Gore needs to make a better video about it, I watched it and fell asleep after crying about the polar bears (Because they showed some depressing footage of polar bears). The proof is here in Oregon, it seems like every winter is worse and worse. Last winter we had snow, more snow, then arctic winds that dropped us into the negatives. Oregon never used to be that bad, we would simply have a normal snowy winter and stay in the 20's. Even our last summer was bad, we hit triple digits for the majority of the summer. And now this summer (Well it's almost over...) it's only a hundred once, then it stays in the 90's and 80's. Not only is temperature weird but there was a tornado in Vancouver, Washington just above Oregon, Oregon and Washington almost never get tornado's because it's a state of valley's and plains. The weather is getting so weird and I think it's because of global warming, how else can we explain this weird weather? Well said, my friend! But some would argue that it's just a "phase", or that crap about El Nino. However you've brought up some compelling evidence. The problem is that I don't think people really believe it's an issue, and they won't until it's too late. Like the movie Day after Tomorrow, or the Happening. The trees will hate us soon. xp But there is also the case that going green is quiet expensive. I saw on Colbert Report that some electric cars are like cell phones that you buy minutes for, but the electric cars you have to buy miles or you can pay a steady payment each month for your ideal amount of miles. Also they require you to buy a back up battery for the car which is pretty pricey as well. So all together you'd have to buy the car (assuming it comes with a battery already) and a spare battery, a charger, and pay for your miles. All of that sounds very expensive, I think I'd rather use that type of money for food, rent, books, ect. However I do think the world should switch to reusable bags, and that they shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. They should be free!!! Or at the least less then $5. 3nodding First of all... are you sure he wasn't being sarcastic? Not that I don't believe you, I just know Colbert generally spends the whole time making fun of things. I think most electric cars are just regular cars. Yeah, maybe you should have a back-up battery, but that seems like just a precaution and not a requirement. Also, I agree with the reusable bags thing. ._. They should also stop making so much plastic crap. It wasn't Colbert making fun of the car it was the maker telling Colbert about the car.

Remember the south park episode with High school musical. And Eric was like "If this is what's cool I'm gunna go kill myself now" and he shows up the next day Stan and Kenny ask why didn't he kill himself? And Eric was like "I tried, I sat in my mothers car and turned it on and I was going to crash it, but those hybrids man, they just won't let me...".

shuusei_II I don't know what to say for this... sweatdrop Well I'm not interested in USING, but do you think that it would be less dangerous for citizens who get caught up in the illegal transport of drugs? Because I do...

I've never seen anything wrong with it. It doesn't give you cancer like Cigarettes, it doesn't make you emotionally unstable, or later ill and dehydrated like alcohol. It just makes you happy and laugh at everything. I know this cuz I sit on my butt and watch my friends get high at parties I have yet to witness anything wrong or bad to occur.
