for the new one, i'd have to say Rikku. I rather dislike Yuffie anyways... and she can't do much besides the occasional stealing and she's mainly a long rang player.
Where as rikku can do a bit more with grenades o.o she can mix items to create more powerful techs. and so ya... *nods* Rikku...

Also Rikku dosen't need materia to do anything, in order for Yuffie to even BE a commodity to your group she needs materia(but so does everyone else) and she dosen't help you in the least. You allow her to come into your party and what does she do...she steals your materia, and she can't even be on a ship (air or sea). Definatly going with Rikku on this.

She never did any backflip, triple twist ninja star throwing techniques o.O and she didn't have a ninja sword. *nods* everyone knows what makes ninja's all powerful are those sort of things... plus, she totally wasn't in any sort of ninja garbs o.O... she was in shorts... and a jacket thingy if i remember correctly. At least Rikku made more sense for her type of char. *nods* (p.s. and as for the materia thing... i killed a Zu having only cloud, frogged, no materia, no items, and darkened. And i still kicked it's butt for the final level of the arena... xd no greater feeling.)
