*He looks at her skeptically and smiles at her humor as she pulls him closer*
"Enough privacy? How much might that be?"
*He laughs and then wraps one hand around her back, pulling her closer to him also*
"It... it would have."
*Cain grins and stared deep into her eyes, becoming lost within them.*
"There's something I have to tell you Ai...."
*He sighed and exhaled slightly, his face not far from her own as he fumbled around with the words in his mind, to make sure he didn't screw it up when they came out of his mouth*

The dark warrioress stuck her tongue out at Cain, chuckling playfully at him as she's pulled into his embrace, "Not telling! That's something you'll just have to figure out for yourself!"
Ai stiffened a bit again...She pursed her lips once more as she stared quietly at Cain, anxious to know what he's trying to convey through words. "W-what is it?... It's not something bad...right?"

*Cain blushes slightly as she asks, moving his face ever closer to hers. He sighs and brings his free hand up, tracing her arm with it, and then placing his hand on the back of her head*
"I-I love you, my Captain."
*He grins as he says this and his lips part ever so slightly, kissing her passionately, pulling her whole body closer to him as he does so.*

Though she had felt this coming, nothing could prepare her for Cain's kiss...It sent slight shudders all over her body, leaving her stunned and longing for Cain...Her heart seemed to skip a beat or two as their lips stayed locked.
Ai couldn't bring herself to part from Cain's lips...The nostalgia and euphoria lifted her spirits-- and reminded her how much she missed her partner.
When Ai did pull away, it took her a minute or so to recover from the emotions mixing within her heart, "Captain...I haven't heard anyone address me that way in a long time..." Ahh, the good old days...She never forgot about her life at sea. No matter how far away from open water she was, her heart always belonged to the sea...and once again, it belonged to Cain.

*Cain shivered slightly as he allowed her to pull away, sitting down on the grass and wondering whether it was the kiss, or the weather that sent those shivers down his spine. Maybe a mixture of both? He smiled and set his head down on the ground, looking up at the sky. Once again his world was back in balance, and he was happy again with the one that he cared for, the woman that he loved*

Ai smirked to herself and let herself fall back on to the grass next to Cain. She stretched her arms a bit before slipping them behind her head. She contemplated her stay here, and her former title of Captain. Her ship had been out of commission for quite some time and left it in the care of her caretaker, whom she hasn't seen in years. As for staying with Cain...Ai would consider it, but the warrioress was unsure about settling down in one place. There were still unfinished business...--
--But Ai would save those thoughts for another time. Her focus was on their reunion.

*He sighs as he looks over at her, amazed that she was here. Cain moved his hand out towards her, then pulled it back, grinning at her as she lay there*
"So... are you wanting to see the wolves or not? I'm sure they missed you almost as much as I have!"
*He laughs and jumps up onto his feet, extending his arm to Ai as she lay there on the grass. As she lay there he looked down upon her lovingly. He didn't know why she had disappeared a few years back, but he didn't care. Waiting had finally paid off, and all he cared about was her. Cain would go anywhere, do anything to be with Ai, or as he affectionately calls her, his Captain.*

She glanced over at Cain, grinning to herself as the warrior hesitated to move closer. "Oh! Romulus and Remus?? I haven't seen those two in so long!" Ai took Cain's hand and jumped up excitedly, "I miss them so much...! And...I still have Fenris with me..." On her back was the enchanted gladius that was Fenris-- the gray haired wolf. Ai gently pulled the blade out from its sheath and stared at it, admiring Cain's craftsmanship.

*He smiles at the sight of the blade and whistles. Out of nowhere a snow colored wolf and a charcoal black wolf suddenly rush through the bushes and pounce onto Ai, licking her cheeks and pinning her down with their paws.*
"Looks like they missed you Ai."
*Cain laughs as he sees this, and stretches himself, his body altering as he changed into his wolf form in a rather sneaky manner, lying down at Ai's feet*

"W-waaaah!" The ex Captain was tackled by her two favorite wolves, squirming and laughing happily at the two, "H-hey! T-that's no fair!" When she was able to get up, she gave Romulus and Remus a good pat on their backs, and then pet Cain's furr, "Looks like you weren't joking when you said they missed me, heheh."

Ai patted Cain's belly a bit, smiling at the trio of wolves. There was no place she can call home but here now... Still, she had plenty of life in her for plenty more adventures. "Cain...Do you remember the others? You know...The ones who were always around...I can't remember their names or faces clearly..." The armor had nearly brainwashed her all those years ago. Many of the people she had met throughout her life are now but fragments of her memories from long ago. Ai bit her lower lip a bit, frantically trying to remember their names and who they were to her...

"Tell me who they were...I remember so little... I can't even remember much of my life before the incident. It's a blur, really." Ai sighed quietly and leaned her back against a nearby tree trunk. She rests her head against her knees as her mind wanders the deeper, cloudier memories. "It's all a haze..."

*He sighs and stretches out as he rests his head on her lap, suddenly shifting from wolf to human in a quick blur, still lying his head down upon her*
"Well.... Lets see...."
*Rubbing the back of his head, he looks slightly confused*
"Honestly Ai, I didn't know most of them well enough. I do remember a few names though.... there was Citrine, Amra, That guy with a sniper rifle... the shifter lady..... the guy with the pistol....."
*He too becomes lost in thought, trying to remember the names of the people that he describes*
