I have too many favorite episodes but the first one that comes to mind is the one where Inuyasha and Kagome try to help Kagomes little brother impress a girl at his school.
Inuyasha teaches Kagomes little brother the blades of blood and he's on the playground going "San-kon-tess-U!" smile

when inuyasha cries for the first time and when sota asked inuyasha to pratice telling a girl he loves her. sota is like "i love you!" to inuyasha

my favorite is kouga tells kagome his loves her and when kouga, kagome and ayame all met and things get confusing for everyone.
