Semiremis Imitation Stradivarius *clears throat* here's another temper flare. Ready? Go.... Who on God's green earth are these people?! What give them the right to take God's word amd twist it around like that?! What the hell are they thinking? AUGH! IT'S THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE THAT GIVE CHRISTIANS LIKE US A BAD NAME! THE WORLD SEES THIS BULL CRAP COMING FROM SOME RAMPANT CHURCH AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME ALL CHRISTIANS ARE LIKE THIS! THEY MAKE ME WANT TO GO OUT THERE AND BIBLE SLAP THE HOLY HELL OUTTA THEM!!!! scream scream scream I wouldn't worry too much about them giving Christians a bad name, they're insane and most people recognize that and realize they're out doing something on their own. The sad part is that they did a lot of good during the civil rights movement to help defend the rights of African Americans, they use to receive threats because of it. Now all you have is your typical cult mentality, a dynamic leader who has control of the group (aka Fred Phelps), ostracizing the rest of society from themselves including members who have left their church and then you have the allegations of abuse... the list goes on. im sorry it does not work that way. people see that and assume thats christianity in general

Satan = Sterotypes
-_-;; Father of Lies, of course he is gonna be pretty good at convincing people what he wants them to believe.
But, God has done far more good than Satan has caused evil

Notice Satan can never come up with anything origional, all he can do is take and twist the good things God has made to make them bad.
((Like attraction, for love: making it lust. Wanting to achieve: making it envy and greed. Taking wanting to do what's right: making it crazy to the point that people forget the love factor. Taking self-love (God loves us, so we have to love ourselves) and making it Obsession. Taking (God says to take life one day at a time and not worry about tomorrow), and making it sloth...))

Who wouldn't want to win all those gold medals?! ps, you misspelled more.... OOOH OOH ME I WANNA WIN SOME MEDALS!!! But yeah...they make christians look bad...and they are mean to others....God loves all his children, even if they don't love him back.

Usulay the people who make thoes websites are flamers/trolls or just want to spike a rise out of others for fun or giggles.
I don't think they are legit christians.

My dear, if you will accept part of Leviticus, you must accept all Levitical law. After all, it is easier for Heaven and Earth to pass away than for one letter of the Law to fail, yes? If you accept the decree that homosexual acts are an abomination unto the Lord, then you must also accept the prohibitions against shrimps, yeast, animals with cloven hooves, corduroy, people who breed mules, people who work on Saturdays and children who disobey their parents.

The Lord said he had fulfilled the law, and has created a new covenant. We are now freed from those laws in Leviticus, and so forth, and whether or not this includes homosexuality is certainly a hot topic. I'm not sure how I feel on it anymore, to be honest. one of the things that the Westboro Baptist church believe in is that Jesus died for the sins of some and that only a small handful of people will go to heaven and the rest are going to hell.

This is a Greek word used to refer to male prostitutes (remember, his epistles were originally written in Greek). He makes no mention of homosexuals ("omuphilikos") anywhere. In any case, he also forbids women from having authority over men, and from making themselves beautiful, saying they should learn in silence. I know a great many Christian women who simply give that passage a snort of contempt.

We are all sinners and all deserve the worst. cry But Jesus saved us! xd He LOVES us, ALL of us! heart I do believe that homosexuality is wrong, but so is lust of ANY kind! And they can not change themselves! Only the Lamb of God can. Jesus is the only one that can change us! Not by OUR doing, but by His!
Now, don't get me wrong! I am in NO way saying that we should just go around sinning and just say, "Hey, we are ALL sinners!" No! Jesus said in Luke 9:23: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me." This means if you are male and have the desire to have certain relations with another male,you should let God lead you. Spend time in His Word and think about it. You should forget what YOU want and do what GOD wants.
I also believe that it does not matter what you are doing, if you are doing it for God, you are doing it right. Again, this does NOT mean you can go out and murder "for God". This would not be doing it for God because God tells us "do NOT murder" (Exodus 20:13). And if you do what someone tells you NOT to do, then you can NOT be doing it for them!
One more thing I believe is: When you go out into the world as a Christian you should at least know what is in the Bible. I am not saying you should know ALL, we are only human, that is IMPOSSIBLE! But PLEASE make an effort to read at least ONE chapter of the Bible everyday, but do not make it a chore. And THINK about what you read... If we all do this these ignorant TERRIBLE things will none to seldom happen. biggrin 3nodding
