Hello, my name is Josh... an apparently common boring name. I've been playing D&D for about 3 years. Mostly 3.5 as 4.0 is like a whole new beast to me. I'm familiar with it though so that shouldn't be a problem. I've run several games (Both 4th edition and 3.5) and so far my group hasn't ousted me. It may be because their lazy who knows? I'm interested in giving the online forum scene of D&D a try and see how it turns out.

Hey I'm Zane and I'm a roleplayer.... I spend some of my time here on Gaia roleplaying and I have never LARPed. I play D&D as often as I can, but only at school. I'm 16/17 years old and live in the UK. I work as a helper in a swimming class for children, and am aiming to become a lifeguard by the time I get to Uni so I can pay for my bills and other stuff . During school I am a debator. I also like chess, comics and getting things done. I don't play WOW or Guild Wars.

This one needs to become more active! stressed To anyone new here: feel free to talk to me! D:< I think I'm nice... sweatdrop Anyways, talk to me! Especially if you're new and want to learn how to roleplay D&D style. I don't mind helping people out cause there can be a lot to learn and I have no life. xD

Hello there, I go by cideon, though don't let the avi fool you, I'm female :3
I have NEVER played D&D before, but almost did one time (we were all trying to make characters one weekend, and I had just finished when I had to go home, and back in high school my mom didn't let me hang out with my friends as often as they played). I heard about it from them, and then used to get "Wizard", "Inquest", and that Dragon magazine every once in a while. I used to read Dragonlance books here and there (but I honestly was most infatuated with Weiss' and Hickman's Death Gate Cycle). Just recently I started reading the webcomic "Darths and Droids" and really got eager to play, so I'm glad your guild is OK with people new to it =D
Um, let's see... otherwise I'm a nurse (technically a GN as of today, tomorrow I either pass or fail my state boards, so hopefully I'll pass and be an RN, and start working in March), I like my video games, roleplaying, reading, and comedy and sci fi films. Not sure what else to add :B
e-mail you can reach me at is cideon@gmail.com and on msn I'm sokar@mail.com (steve mcqueen as the screen name because I'm a dork).

Hi guys. biggrin I'm, uh, Ringoringa, and I'm kind of new to the whole Dungeons and Dragons thing. I just got my first kit last week. sweatdrop However, I really like roleplay, and I'm an avid player of MMORPGs. You'd see me on World of Warcraft all the time if it weren't for the folks not letting me spend the money on it. T-T Or Everquest. Or anything else, really. I'm a prepatory black belt in Karate; not an actual black belt yet, but pretty close. I ought to get it in... I dunno. It could be awhile, seeing as to test I have to be able to do 100 pushups and 100 situps. I wish that was a joke, but it isn't. crying
Anyway, I hope to be able to make a character here and get started with online Dungeons and Dragons! Thanks for accepting me into the guild, I'll try to be as active as I can!
Oh, and just so you guys all know, I'm 14 years old. Just want to get that out of the way to avoid questions later. My birthday was last Sunday, the same day I got my Dungeons and Dragons stuff. biggrin

Mobius Amadeus Nightshade, at your most humble service. He is a most skill writer, a nigh-legendary roleplayer amongst some guilds, and a halfway-decent Amtgard player. However, Mobius regrets to inform you that he has little in the ways of D&D experience. He has wanted to play all his life, and when he recieved the D&D Starter Box Set for Christmas he was distraught to find it very limited as far as rulings, information, and campaigns. However, with some online assistance, Mobius has cobbled together the base for a character, and would very much like to begin playing. Mobius Nightshade is pleased to make your collective acquaintance, and wishes you all a pleasant day.

Pleased to meet both of you. My schedule's crazy because of my employment, but I always at least lurk. :3
Wow, 100 each? I struggle to hit 40 without going to my knees. Well, 40 that count... sweatdrop How long do you have to do them all?
I haven't heard of Amtgard before. What's that like?
