Ryu Zanobe I love your sig. It's true that you can find very few people more insane than him... maybe Alucard... but that's probly it. lol xD I agree with you. Of course, I find the Major to be a little tipsy myself...just not like Maxwell. At least the Major doesn't twitch every other panel in the manga.

Sorry for the double post, but I wasn't sure if you'd notice this if I were to edit my last claiming request.
Could I do Walter and Anderson since it seems there haven't been any takers for them? ^^; If you want, I could also do Rip Van Winkle, but I don't want to take all the characters from the others.
