Feeling like the world's worst sister, Little Cloud could only watch the other limp and cough up blood. Her ears pinned back, but she tried to help as much as possible. With a little noise in the back of her throat, she finally made it so her smaller sister was on her back, Little Cloud carrying her home. This way she felt slightly useful. "Just go right to sleep when we get home," she whispered, knowing they were nearing the den already. Her parents would chew her out something bad; even with an excuse.

The smaller saigh let out a cry of protest when her sister wormed underneath her so Shahelda was being carried, then relaxed on her sister's back sleeply, "Okay..." she responded quietly as she glanced around, she was suprised to see how close the moon was to the horizon abd the edge of the sun over the distant forest. She yawned turning to look at the den, hoping she wouldn't see one of her parents standing in the entrance, and that both of them would still be sleeping peacefully.

And indeed both of their parents were asleep, not aware two of their cubs had gotten out of the den tonight. Shuffling to them, Little Cloud took her usual spot and settled down between her mother and her brother. Yawning widely, she looked to her littlest sister, beckoning for her to come and lay down. Hopefully her ankle would be ok in the morning and neither would have to lie.

Shah wiggled off her sister's back when they reached the den, pausing to glance back at the outside before limping in after her sister and curling up beside her, laying her head on her paws the tiny cub soon drifted into a dreamless sleep.
