My name is Andrew, I'm 20. I'm an avid gamer (PS3 baby!) and hardcore Sword of truth fan. You'd better believe I've read all the books,
they could be my Bible! I guess in a way they are, seeing as how they've have such an influence in my life.

A pleasure to meet you all, I'm bassboy1313. (obviously) I've been a gamer since I was in 5th grade, so about a decade now. I'm 19, and preparing to go on an LDS mission (so if I happen to randomly fall off the face of the earth, that's why)
I've read the Sword of Truth series since I was 13, and have been in love with them ever since. I'm extremely literate (and mistakes bother me to no end) so please try to be literate around me.
I love playing wizards btw, so that's probably what I'm gonna be. biggrin

The name's Razor, and I'm new to this guild; however, I've been roleplaying and generally writing stories for about three or four years. I've been playing games off and on for years, and I don't call myself a gamer. Heh. Though Left 4 Dead helps me get out some aggression. Anywho, I'm an artist, and I generally draw. I am a nice person, but there are some people I cannot tolarate. Any questions? You know what to do.

Hello, I'm Drake852456, but you can call me Drake; I'm guessing you would eventually, lol. Anyway, since everyone seems to find it a factor, I've been gaming before I could read, which was a real annoyance to my parents, lol. I have been a Sony fan ever since and have progressed from the super nitendo to the PS3.
And the SOT series... some may call me obsessed. I've read every book, sometimes stretching them to make them last longer (the last I could only stretch a week). I advocate the series as the best in the world to nearly everyone who knows me, and have recruited around 4.5 people, the half stopping before completion. One of those is in this guild, and we run an RP together(just in case you feel like find out; can't make things too easy.).
I'm sorta new to RPing, though not a 'noob'. I've RP'ed off and on for roughly.. 2 years? I've seen numerous ones die, co-run one now, and am in another that as survived quite time. I usually take writing too seriously, including RPing, which I DO consider as writing (unlike many I've unfortunately seen on various threads), so horrid posts will hopefully be a rarity. I try hard to kleep in character, so don't be offended if that involves a complete ignoring of your own or malicious narration. I'll be sure to be mindful of such when my characters are receiving the same treatment.
lol, this is way too long of an introduction, but that is most ikely do to my enthusiasm to see a worthwhile SOT RP. Based on what I've seen, I think our chances are high.
Random Note: I like fire and humiliation of my characters. Fire you might see VERY often, humiliation every now and then. Okay, I'm done! Finished!

I started reading SoT about a year-and-a-half ago, and it is definitely the best series I have ever read in my life! My friend Ashley_whitlock read the series with me.
I've Role-Played before, so I'm fairly familiar with how things work. I'm looking forward to joining in this adventure! smile
I'm usually online at least once everyday, unless something comes about. So, nice to meetcha!

Hello!
I am sabre_sword. More commonly called Sabre. I'm really excited about this actual, active RP! And moreso, the giant window of opportunity that is now open to us! I prefer to RP as either a sorceress or a rogue/assasin/bandit. I'm pretty versatile though, and I'll try anything new. I haven't been involved in any RP for the last year or so, because of the downfall of one of my personal favourites. So forgive me if I'm a little rusty!
As for other facts, I love SoT! I'm also the captain of a discussion-based SoT guild. My members are made of awesome-sauce, and I hope they join in this madness!
Hmm what else? In RL, my name is Holly and I'm 18. I'm a huge video game nerd, and a grammar nazi. You won't catch me in an illiterate RP! So don't even THINK about it!
On a side note; RL has been eating away my virtual life, so I probably won't be too involved at first, and my replies might be slow. But I hope to change that, and soon.

Hello all!
I am Shnarf, nice to meet everyone here. I have an epic love for Terry Goodkind's writings and I do a bit of writing myself. I am a consistent roleplayer and I rarely do anything below the "Literate" level. I currently own my own Advanced Literate roleplay, and it has been running strong for two years now. I work with just about all art forms, be it music (I've played piano since before I can remember, literally), drawing, painting, dance, and/or writing. I love all things creative, yet I have a very intellectual mind. I have always wanted to help people with my profession and be able to use my mind to solve problems, so God has shown me that I am to be a doctor. And yes, I am a very strong believer in Jesus Christ and if you don't believe, then I hope one day you find his love. I won't preach to you, though, I promise. biggrin

Oh, and on a side note, I read Phantom and Confessor on the nights they came out...and went to school the following day on an hour and a half of sleep. I'm sad to see it end, but I wouldn't want him to write any more books in the series because the thing is done, it's complete, and there is no room for any other side stories. I vote let the readers come up with Richard and Kahlan's futures. And so does Terry. So boo-yah. yeah. Okay, bye.

Hello people!
Name's Knil (Or Alaric, if you will...). I'm currently in the USAF, workin' my a** off, addicted to more than one game, reading too many books, tryin' to get over a divorce, and juggling newfound friends in between. I try to find the time to get online and RP, especially since I found that I actually like to write! Especially after nearly 15 years of hating it, but meh, what can ya' do?
I'm so happy that people who love this series as much as I have are within contact now! This book series literally changed my life. Not one week after finishing this book series, I went and talked to a recruiter to get out of the hellhole of a life I was in. My dead end job, y dead end friends, and especially my dead end wife are now behind me. ^.^
I'm finally living my life the way I want to, not for others. I made that mistake once too many, but never again...
Anywho, enough about that. I'm very excited to do this! I might not be the greatest writer in the world, but I learn fast, and I'm willing to take constructive criticism. So don't be mad at me for making a rookie mistake, you were all there once upon a time too. You just happened to get to your level first... -.-

Not sure if my old post her survived, looks like it didn't, but meh....
Name's Trekkie. I was here before the slate got wiped clean, so to speak, but since everything's been redone, that doesn't mean much LOL. By some odd twist of fate, I am a mod for this guild. Not sure how effective I'll be, since I have dialup and a limited schedule. And my still existing anti-social behavior still crops up from time to time, meaning I sometimes have a short temper with people. Don't let it bother you too much, as I'm normally rather friendly, even if it takes me a bit to open up to new peeps.
As for SoT, friend got me reading the first book back in Junior High, and I fell in love with the series. Sadly, I don't own all the books, and have only been able to read Phantom once, and have not yet been able to get ahold of Confessor. But I've read the First Rule and Chainfire repeatedly, so I guess that kinda makes up for it.
And on a side note, I have an obsession that surpasses SoT: Final Fantasy. VII in particular, but the series as a whole. So don't be surprised if you see a lot of Final Fantasy influence in my characters and their interactions. In face, my main character here, Drakkon, is more or less me if I was a character in a Final Fantasy game. Never used him in an RP before, but I think he'll do well in this one.
And now I'm rambling, as I tend to do a lot, so I'll just shut up now.

I've been a fan of the SOT books since one of my friends threatened to beat me up if I didn't actually sit and read it past the first three pages. And by the end of that first chapter I was lost to the glory and didn't realize it until the book suddenly ended.
Temple of the Winds remains my favorite for some reason though. WFR and Chainfire are close second and third. Pissed about the anticlimactic ending to the series and wanted to strangle things for it.
So far am switching between liking and hating the television show based off it. Parts of it I like... parts of it makes me want to kill kittens (Denna not staying dead for one).
As far as Role Playing goes... I've been at it for... um... a while. Can't give an exact date. I've technically been doing it since I was in High school, but didn't realize it. I also love to read and write stories, and you'll find that evident in my RP style, though I don't do the massive embellishing when I write... things get bogged down and slow if you do that sort of thing.

Hello, I'm Shadows10000, but you can call me Shadows or Shadow. I'm 17 and a senior in high school (FINALLY!!!), and I live in Boondocks, USA. Not to mention that I'm bored out of my mind!
I found the Sword of Truth series when I was living in my hometown in northern Illinois, and I've been a fan of it ever since. Unfortunatly, I've only got the first five, and Naked Empire. ( crying ) I wanna get the rest, of course.
As for music taste, I can most often be found listening to alternative/goth/punk rock, celtic rock, and j-rock.

Hello, i'm monkeysread, my favorite animal is the monkey, and i love to read, obviously i wouldn't be here if not for the second one, SOT is my favorite series by far, though the tv miniseries dissapoints me. I will be playing as warren, by far my favorite character in the series, the only person close to him is Nathan.
I am 16 and started reading the series when i was in 8th grad, so 3 years ago, one of my sisters gave it to me, after she got bored of the first book, idk how thats possible.
Anyway my favorite rule is the 7th, talga Vassternich, deserve victory. My favorite book is faith of the fallen
I don't exactly have a lot of RP experience, all the stuff i do have is here on gaia, and all of it died, so im a little rusty, but im pretty sure i can get into warrens persona easily.
Idk what else to write, so i hope to be joining in asap, and you can call me anything, my friends call me Trevor, Tyler, Tammy, George, George(with a spanish accent), Jimmy, and many other things, so yeah call me whatever.
